We chose Independent Mortgage Brokers after Sarah was recommended by multiple friends, and we were not disappointed. Being first time buyers we had lots of questions and concerns about how things worked.
We went through the process of getting a mortgage and purchasing a house throughout the pandemic and this brought with it additional hurdles. Sarah guided us every step of the way.

In 2013, I got into some financial difficulties, which made getting a mortgage very difficult due to poor credit. She went painstakingly through the entire application step-by-step multiple times, answered my numerous questions and never lost patience. Her help and advice was invaluable at every turn from start to finish the whole process became far less fraught. Even after the mortgage was issued, she continued to help liaising between the solicitors, estate agents and myself. I consider myself lucky to have found Sarah and worked with her as she really made the process so painless and stress free.
