I was interested in using Immigrationhelp.org's application to help me renew my DACA application because lawyer fees can be expensive and I only had money to pay the Dept of Homeland Security. So when I found this, I was excited to read the positive reviews and to save money. However, I don't think I will use this service again or recommend it to anyone else because, I encountered a problem when going to review my application but, when I contacted support I didn't hear back. I reached out Thursday evening on 11/10/2022 and waited the 24 hours they specified and didn't hear anything back on Monday the 14th. Its now Thursday the 17th and still nothing. Filing immigration paperwork is a time-sensitive task, and if you're offering software/application that does that, you should be there to help people fix things should they encounter problems. For that reason, I don't recommend using this service, you're better off paying legal fees.

Fast processing and friendly staff. I renewed almost 2 months before my card was expiring and was sort of freaking out about not receiving it in time but Natalia was super helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. Sent my documents on March 2 and received the card March 19.

Easy to complete using there help. I was able to complete my application and summary in less them two days,well explained,a great big help couldn't of done it without them.

When I tell you that Immigrationhelp.org Saved me and that they’re the best out there, would be an understatement! I needed to renew my DACA application and didn’t known how to start that process this time around even though I have done it in previous years. Not a problem, they guided and encouraged me throughout the entire process and promptly requested any info needed of me. I tend to procrastinate important things like these for some reason but they didn’t allow me to do that this time. I owe these people a lot, not financially because they didn’t charge anything since they’re a nonprofit. “IHO” is the BEST out there. I’m so thankful I found them and that they helped me! Thank you Immigrationhelp.org!

***Side note ***
After submitting my renewal packet on October 13, I received and email on October 15 letting me know that they got my renewal and that a confirmation receipt letter was sent to me. On October 23 they sent me a letter for my biometrics appointment for November 19! That’s a little over a month from receiving my packet, to getting my biometrics appointment done!

When I first found them online, it seemed too good to be true! After a little research I realized they are legit.
I was pretty nervous at first because I was overwhelmed by the application and all the wording to it. But they were so helpful and super detailed with their answers to any questions I had. And they responded in such a timely manner.
