Overall the experience has been quite good. I started using them pretty early on in 2025, when the app needed a lot of work, but the process was mostly smooth. Now the application is much more functional.
Probably the thing that stands out most is the customer support. The support team has been super responsive and helpful.
All testing I've done for set up, security, and deliverability has either come out strong or has been quickly fixed.

Their team is highly professional and has always delivered ahead of timelines. Monthly transactions—whether payments or order closures—have been seamless and hassle-free.
What stands out is their end-to-end support. From setting up email infrastructure to integrating with tools like Instantly and other CRM platforms, they handle everything efficiently. This has allowed us to rely on them completely instead of managing setups directly with providers like Google or Microsoft.
Kudos to the Inboxlogy team for their responsiveness, support, and speed on every request. Looking forward to continuing this partnership.

I am quite happy with the quality of the inboxes, I haven't had any deliverability issues so far
In all honesty I did have some trouble placing my first few orders, but the owner noticed and he had his team handle it immediately, he then went on to create a dedicated support group for me and all of problems were resolved within a few hours.
I have to say I am quite happy with my purchases and experience I will continue to use inboxlogy for purchasing more inboxes!

They get back to me quickly. The pricing is really strong and in the past couple of years they've also helped me out a couple of times when I was in a bit of a spot. They also have pre-warm accounts which perform better than anybody else's.

Had a really good experienc with Inboxlogy for my email setup. The team is really responsive and cares about customer succes. In my opinion the negative opinions aren't justified.

We were chasing our tail trying to gain access to our domains - and the Inboxology goat rodeo went on for weekss...not hours or days...
Domain Re-establishment Issues: Our team spent six weeks attempting to resolve domain access problems, involving five team members across multiple departments.
The lack of clear ownership and accountability created a frustrating cycle of redirects between teams. The situation was only resolved after our vendor intervened to clarify that Inboxology was the Domain reseller.
Payment Processing Barriers: We're currently unable to process our payment due to limitations within your application that prevent us from managing our own billing. This is unacceptable for basic account management.
Yesterday, we tried to pay our bill using their payment system, but the system kept rejecting us - with no mechanism to bypass and pay with a credit card.
This $100 bill cost my company $1,000's in lost productivity.
Business Impact: These issues have resulted in substantial lost productivity and operational disruption.
There are better products out there...

Absurd experience
I had a disappointing experience with this company. At first, the process was already far from smooth. Still, at least I eventually received what I paid for.
However, my third purchase was comically absurd. More than 15 days later, I still haven’t received anything. Their WhatsApp team replies, but they’re just talking to each other in circles without giving any information. It is completely unworkable.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their service.
