What a pleasure it was to spend 2 days last week learning how to facilitate a PATH with Colin and Jacqui.

Not many CPD experiences speak so richly to my head, heart and soul ... this immersive one did. Such a powerful, nourishing and enabling tool.

Really interesting and thought-provoking online training on person-centred planning.

9/10 of our delegates rated the training as excellent or very good, particularly appreciating the ethos, creativity and interactive approach which was accessible to all. Comments described the PATH as "inspiring", "very powerful" and "immensely beneficial for children". Having this as a multi-agency training also allowed important opportunities for creating even stronger links between teams. Thoroughly recommend!

It was great how the PATH bought our team together to inspire a realistic vision in these challenging times for our EP service. Colin was great at holding difficult thoughts and situations and reflecting them back. Jacqui also did a great job of the recording, graphics and drawing out of salient themes form group discussion. My second experience of Inclusive Solutions and I'd recommend them to any organisation.

I attended the 2 day PATH workshop at Peggy's Skylight with Colin and Derek. I would thoroughly recommend the workshop as a way of really understanding the approach in a relaxed, supportive, informative and fun environment. The experiential and practical approach left me with a really good feel for what a good PATH is like, and how to facilitate in a way that embraces the values underpinning PATH, and how to achieve this in a service centred work context. It really helped me to reflect on my practice, and notice opportunities for more person-centred working. Derek and Colin are excellent facilitators and modelled their approach throughout.

Inclusive Solutions is a great source to study and learn at a good pace with result-oriented outcomes in various domains. This is highly recommended indeed!
