Fairly priced goods.
Fast efficient service.
Online ordering was a smooth process. Delivery was made to chosen collection point and we were informed of its progress throughout.
This is our second time of using the company and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

The product is fine, but the slow delivery was a concern! A full week from order to delivery!

I recently purchased a new waterproof mattress and I’m really pleased with both the product and the service. The mattress is excellent quality, comfortable, and does exactly what I needed. The waterproof protection gives great peace of mind, while still being comfortable to sleep on.

The customer service was also fantastic—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. Delivery was smooth and the product arrived in perfect condition.

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this product and the service to others. Excellent experience from start to finish!

The bamboo waterproof undersheet is great quality, fits well, is comfortable to sleep on and seems to be very waterproof.

A bit disappointed that the "next day delivery", which I paid extra for, was with Evri and so turned up 24 hours later than promised.

Arrived when expected, within the 2 hour window notified to us. Great!

Delivered ok and the products were good quality.

Excellent service. Second time courier failed to deliver and company sorted problem out immediately by sending a replacement next day delivery. Items bought excellent value for money would recommend.

Absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend ed.

Quality is good. Reasonable for quality getting. Thankyou

Very quick turn around. Order placed online early evening, delivered the following day. Delivery service was excellent, driver brought bulky package to 1st floor flat without being asked. Couldn't ask more.

Fast delivery good price 👌

Super service and great prices, thank you.

order delivered promptly and on date provided

Great telephone support and ordering service

After the courier let us down, despite repeated promises, customer services at Inco very promptly dispatched a replacement order within hours. Thank you Anthony Thomas.

Easy to use website. Lots of choice. Good information on products. Fast delivery and good communication when ordering placed.

I bought my mother 2 shampoo caps as she is currently restricted to her bedroom after a hip replacement operation. She has always been very clean and didn't like that she was unable to wash her hair. So we tried these, and she loves them! They were delivered by Evri on time. Very happy experience all round! Would buy again.
