Easy to use website. Lots of choice. Good information on products. Fast delivery and good communication when ordering placed.

I bought my mother 2 shampoo caps as she is currently restricted to her bedroom after a hip replacement operation. She has always been very clean and didn't like that she was unable to wash her hair. So we tried these, and she loves them! They were delivered by Evri on time. Very happy experience all round! Would buy again.

Products easy to find and order BUT items not delivered the next day as I had paid for (£5.91). This was due to the Courier EVRI! However, your company refunded me the (£5.91) and I got the items the next day. Would highly recommend that this courier is not used as they are really not reliable.

I wouldn't say it was great, as I had to wait 5 days for delivery, but apart from that, ordering was easy and the items were fine at a decent price.

Great product, great service, will be back

Exactly what we needed at a very good price and delibered quickly - excellent service!

The delivery was excellent, the pads are adequate. My only criticism would be that they would be a lot better if the wings could also have some adhesive to stop them riding up and rolling in.

No one is noticing that I changed my password two or three times the new password is 28B16T%96c

Great value for money, very absorbent product

Very pleased with the delivery 🚚 and product, also the order.

Just what we needed, no problems

Delivered very quickly, Excellent product, longer pads & more absorbent than the supermarkets brand, will buy again,

First time using this company, the products I ordered were excellent, I shall certainly order more when needed. The whole experience of ordering, delivery etc.
I could not fault.

A Superb Experience I can highly Recomend this Company for all your needs.
Having bought from them several times now I appreciate their performance with Super Speedy Delivery and an Excelent Product.
Many Thanks

The items I ordered are fantastic (Vivactive Mini). I was having problems with the brand I was buying in the supermarkets with terrible itching and not enough protection as that brand had put more cuff around the edges than actual product and the bunching was terrible. The Vivactive brand is so comfortable I don't know I'm wearing it which is just how it should be. And the itching is getting less. My only niggle was the delivery. I had an email on Sunday evening that my order had been despatched so expected it to arrive on Tuesday. It didn't get to me until Friday which was rather a long time. It was delivered by Evri however who also threw it on the doorstep and ran away. What's new!

Fantastic... My parents are very happy with the product. Will purchase again.

Easy to use website with very good choice of products. Quick dispatch time with very good communication via email from start to finish. Will definitely use again.

you did great my friends will get some more when i run out many thanks bill

I ordered product on the Monday and paid for next day delivery. Unfortunately the parcel arrived on the Friday. Was refunded part of next day delivery cost after complaining but no offer to get the product to me any earlier. Very Poor and this could have resulted in me being terribly embarrassed at social event

Wide range of products which are affordable and can be bought in large quantities and on subscription. Swift shipping and efficient service. Had a recent issue with delivery caused by the courier not Inc Choice and on contacting Inc Choice they took immediate action to resend the delivery with next day delivery at no cost to me. Excellent customer service from Freya and the team. It’s fabulous to have a company that understand the importance of the products they provide to their customers.
