Incredible Real India far exceeded all of my expectations. They seamlessly and intentionally planned each city’s visit, found great guides, and found incredible hotels. They handled every detail, creating magic and special memories each day. They were incredibly responsive and solution oriented when flights got delayed or something we had hoped to see was closed. They quickly pivoted and made the experience even better. I highly recommend listening and taking their advice for an amazing, unforgettable trip!

The team at Incredible Real India Tours and Travels are truly excellent. I have traveled with them many times - mostly as a solo female traveler. They always design great custom travel experiences for me that leave me inspired visit after visit. Drivers are safe and knowledgable and kind. This trip, I brought a group of friends from the US to India... and Incredible Real India Tours arranged everything PERFECTLY. We stayed at amazing hotels, had a small bus that fit all of us together, and saw so many inspiring sites. IRl had so many ideas for extra special experiences we could weave into the tour! We booked our Rajasthan tour with Incredible Real India. It was a customized tour for two people with personal driver and dedicated guides in every city. Our driver, Mr. Bhanwar Singh, was very helpful and cautious, always giving us extra explanations on India history and lifestyle. He made us discover some new Indian food too. I highly recommend him if you are traveling this part of India. All our requests have been fulfilled beyond expectations.

Broken Promises:

This travel agency is a master of making promises but fails miserably in delivering them. The much-advertised surprise dinner turned out to be nothing more than an illusion. During initial discussion they promised a surprise dinner ...never happened. they promised they will take care all hotel activities in advance..never happened. i had to talk to the hotel for every check in . got to know they booked lowest category substandard room to make their profit more..

Lack of Welcoming Gesture:

Don't expect any warm welcome; it seems "Incredible India Journeys" hasn't heard of hospitality. No greetings at the airport or the hotel – just an impersonal driver waiting to take you on a disappointing journey.

False Hotel Booking Information:

Booking a 3 or 4-star hotel? Think again. Prepare to be shocked when you find yourself in a run-down 2-star establishment with facilities far from what you were promised.

Accommodation Mismatch:

Despite booking for 2 adults and 1 child, accommodations were only arranged for 2 adults. In some instances, the only bed available was a tiny 2 feet single bed – a nightmare for any family.

Lowest Category Rooms:

Expect disappointment in every hotel as you are ushered into the lowest category rooms, a stark contrast to the luxurious experience you were sold.

Communication Breakdown:

The lack of communication with hotels is astonishing. Even after booking three months in advance, the hotels seemed unaware of our arrival, leading to chaos and confusion.

Be wary of the advance payment trap. "Incredible India Journeys" gladly takes your money but fails to secure your hotel bookings. Later, they conveniently provide lower-category hotels while increasing the overall cost.

Driver Dilemma:

In summary, steer clear of "Incredible India Journeys" if you value your time, money, and sanity. This agency is a master of deception, promising the moon but delivering a nightmare travel experience.

they will always have logic for everything..for this revew also they will have i guess..even if you write to customer care they will never respond.. FRAUD company. Be careful...

Really guys improve the standard of the service and don’t make us look like poor dirty and manipulative people who are just trying to get money with no scruples.

Our private tour of 4 guests visited Agra, Jaipur and Delhi. Our driver Bhanwar Singh was excellent, negotiating the hectic traffic as a true professional. The Taj Mahal was a highlight, as were the palaces in Jaipur. Bhanwar was very accommodating and we went to the step well between Agra and Jaipur which was amazing. The whole tour was a “Once in a life time experience”

Amazing and breathtaking tour in Rajasthan and Varanasi, since the beginning of our planning we were very happy and exited to work and curate the trip with Raju.
From the moment we arrived in Delhi we were welcomed by Modaram, our driver and guide that was with us all our trip in Rajasthan (12 days) after a couple of days he became our friend and mentor in the Indian ways, food and culture, he definitely made the trip more wonderful.
In Varanasi the trip kept on the same vibe of being held in great hands, we had a private concert of beautiful indian music in the boat by the Ganges at sunrise, an experience we would never forget.

We thank all of the team in Incredible real India for giving always their best and making this trip a wonderful life changing experience.

Ashok was our dear and trusted pilot, he is kind, incredible, profesional, respectfull and has the most amaizing heart a person could have, though you are not rating that it is important I mention it, I’ll be recommending all my friends Ashok’s services, I will be back and I don’t want any other pilot but him, always ask for Ashok.

Having spent a few weeks in southern India a few years ago we were keen to explore Rajasthan.

We tried planning a trip last year in 2022 with Incredible Real India but the India/UK e visa caused a hiccup so come 2023 Raju once again took up the reins of our previous journey.

We had 15 days on the ground so Raju worked us out a cracking itinerary with an initial day in Delhi to get over the jet lag followed by a wonderful journey to Mandawa, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Pushkar, Jaipur and Agra. 

We had the personal touch when we met Raju at the Mandawa Kothi and we thoroughly enjoyed his company for a couple of hours.

We had a very comfortable air conditioned car driven by the wonderful Mr. Bhanwar Singh. His faultless driving in the manic traffic and his ability to miss the hundreds of cows on the road was amazing!

The car was spotless every morning as was Mr. Singh’s appearance and his jolly demeanour was most welcome .

The drives went very smoothly and the hotels were all well booked and waiting for us.

The planning went very smoothly and Raju is always quick to reply to emails. Once the itinerary was set there was a personal Customer Account with your travel details on it and a query box if you had any worries.

Also once the journey started Raju very promptly got back to us to sort out any changes.

Thoroughly recommend Incredible Real India....we’ll be back..Kashmir next time!!

As a female solo traveler, I really appreciated Raju and Raju’s teams thorough attention to detail, and their constant communication on WhatsApp throughout my trip. Together, we planned a great trip throughout northern India that was immersive and adventurous. I would absolutely recommend them again and look forward to planning a second trip!

It is really bad for the foreign tourists. Very bad English, not a good behaviour and a bad time managing. It is not on time. The bus was not the one we paid for. Not a good experience at all. Just show you a special Store to buy and look something.
If you are from Europe it will be really the wrong choice.

Hace dos días volvimos de la Índia con mi familia, eramos 4. Estuvimos 17 días teniendo en cuenta los vuelos, y la verdad que quizá lo alargamos un poco demasiado la cultura es muy chocante y personalmente creo que 12 días hubiera sido ideal. Una vez en casa, mirando las fotos que tomamos nos hemos dado cuenta del papel que ha tomado la agencia de viajes, que ha sido clave y excelente.

En primer lugar, es impensable ir sol@ no solamente porque viven en un orden caótico, para nosotros incomprensible, como se da a la hora de conducir, sino también porque la agencia nos ha facilitado guías como comunicadores directos con los locales la cual cosa nos ha transmitido total seguridad en todos los aspectos.

En segundo lugar, otro aspecto positivo relevante a mencionar es la personalización del viaje, en este caso nostros sabíamos algunas zonas que queríamos visitar si o si como por ejemplo Varanasi que aunque no quedase cerca de la zona que nos centrabámos, ellos supieron adaptar la ruta para ir. Es decir, la agencia se modela a vuestras preferencias y plantea un horario base que una vez ahí continua siendo modelable porque el conductor en todo momento hará lo que le pidáis sin forzar a nada nunca.

Si tuviera que destacar mejoras del viaje diria que en nuestro caso hubo demasiados hoteles tipo Haveli tipicos de ahí que hubiesemos preferido que fuesen más internacionales porque después de un dia largo de visitas agradeceriamos un hotel más internacional para recargar pilas. Sin embargo, es cierto que en muchas zonas de las que fuimos como por ejemplo en el desierto de Jaisalmer no se puede exigir este tipo de alojamientos y asimismo que es un asunto muy personal a gusto del viajero.

Finalmente, como conclusión general me gustaría que quedara claro que Incredible India ha hecho un trabajo continuo des de el primer dia que decidimos ir hasta hoy que continuamos manteniedo el contacto. Puedo asegurar que sí la decisión de viajar a la Índia
va acompañada de una buena base como es esta agencia el viaje se vive con los 5 sentidos y sin estrés permanente de que recaiga en ti toda la responsabilidad ya que tienes a alguien en quién consultar todo. Un claro ejemplo es que el 9 de agosto nostros salíamos de barcelona y nada más facturar las maletas nos dijeron que nuestro formato de la aplicación de la visa era erróneo, puedo decir que en ese instante cundió levemente el pánico así que contactamos con Devender, quién gestionó la mayor parte del viaje, a través de what's app y él mismo nos pidió los números de pasaporte y nos mandó al cabo de 15' todas las visas que nos pedian.

Realemente escoger esta agencia de viaje ha sido la mejor decisión que hemos tomado para expermientar este país que nos ha sorprendido en inumerables modos que solo se pueden explicar viviéndolos.

El millor conductor que hem tingut és el Bhanwar. Molt bona persona i té un cotxe molt bé i netissim. Genial
