I had the opportunity to work on the redesign of the Incredible Real India website and I wanted to share my experience of working with such fantastic team:

When Mafalda sent me the inicial briefing of the project, honestly, I got very excited because I knew right away that this will be an amazing project. Mafalda told me about the professionalism, values and quality of the organization and also she was very passionate about describing the wonderful Staff behind it.

When we finally closed the project, we got an email from Mr Raju, where he asked us not to look this project as another job, he said: “This renovation is a Mile Stone for all my team, it is our passion because we work for happiness, because we work for beauty, because we work to heal the people’s mind so while you work on this project than consider that it is not the work only to make money, it is beyond that. I wish you will give this to us beyond our expectations with Soul…not only the Body.

We will be thankful to all of you that you are doing this work with passion, not as a work."

After reading these words, I felt an even bigger and deeper commitment, specially after reading about Mr Raju’s story, the way he prosper and came through all the obstacles, and also being able to witness the ethics, love and passion he pours into managing his company...I can honestly say that is something that I haven’t experienced before with any other client.

Working on this project also gave me the opportunity, or better said, the gift of getting to know and to work with incredible talented and passionate people: Mafalda and Rocio.

I can say that collaborating in this project has also made me grow as a person. Getting the chance of learning and knowing about the culture, history and traditions of such a wonderful culture like India.

It is true that these aren’t ordinary times. I really believe that this project came to us on the perfect timing. Being on lockdown and working from home, this project provided such a relief for my mind and soul, it’s been an opportunity to day dreaming, and to escape to a far away and mystic land.

I had some previous knowledge about India, but honestly, after everything I have learned and discovered, it’s definitely on my top 3 destinations. Hopefully we will be able to travel again very soon, and I’ll be able to visit this great country, and of course, there’s no better way to do that than with you and the amazing service you provide.

I can only hope that this is the beginning of a long lasting and strong work relationship, it’s been a great pleasure to work with such an amazing, passionate and professional team, that has given me the opportunity to learn and appreciate more the richness of India.

Two thumbs up! When I started planning my summer 2020 family vacation to India and Nepal by November 2019, one of my closest friends recommended Incredible Real India Tours and Travels to me. This happened to be an extraordinary piece of advice. I contacted the manager, Raju, and he designed a trip that completely fitted my expectations: Delhi, Mandawa, Jaipur, Agra, Vanarasi, and then crossing the Nepali border to Lumbini, Pokhara and Kathmandu Valley. Raju is an outstanding professional. He made a number of advices to us about the actual route, places to visit, hotels, and was always open to our preferences. Incredible Real India Tours and Travels did a perfect job and, in just a few weeks, we had planned an amazing vacation. The communication was fluent and all emails were answered in about 24 hours at most! But Raju showed to be not only an outstanding professional, but also a very nice person: as the pandemia came, he asked me about our situation in Barcelona. When everything started to go wrong, he was fully open to give us back at zero cost the deposit that we had made to hold the reservation. He wrote to me: ‘Regarding your cancelation, your full amount is refundable from my side, I don’t do business in my clients loss.’ At this time, May 2020, there is too much uncertainty, yet. However, Raju is always making our life easier: whether we prefer to visit India or cancel the trip, he just needs 24 hours to arrange the details. We are absolutely thankful to him! Again, two thumsb up!

Everything perfect!! before the tour they were very helpfull, answering all doubts and helping in everything, then during the tour everything was fantastic, the drives, times, visits... everything very well organized! Incredible India is the best agency to visit the country! 5 stars! THANK YOU!

Fabuloso viaje lleno de tantas maravillas, experiencias inolvidables!! El Sr Raju y su gente nos hicieron sentir en casa como si ya nos conociéramos; protegiéndonos y atendiéndonos de la manera más hospitalaria.
Estoy muy agradecida con la vida de haberme permitido hacer éste viaje y muy recomendable agencia con gente comprometida y con una gran disposición a hacernos sentir de lo mejor.
Haber vivido tradiciones y costumbres como el día de colores “Holi festival” donde convivimos con la gente del pueblo que nos aceptó y nos llenó de cariño.

Gracias al chofer que en ningún momento se vió enfadado de tantos días de manejar por largas horas y además siempre alegre!!!
Anurak ( un gran chico súper dispuesto a recibirnos con un gran saludo y una gran sonrisa!!! el gel antibacterial al subirnos nunca faltaba, y al bajarnos del autobús nos ayudaba a bajar dándonos su mano, nos atendía en el camino ofreciéndonos agua de la manera más amigable.
Sr Raju, su hijo un chico adorable que se dió a querer y que estuvo con nosotros feliz y siempre al pendiente de cada uno. Gracias Anu!!!

it was an incredible experience. Raju helped us before the travelling he helped me to organise everything. He answer really prompt and quick. We spent 7 days and visited the Golden triangle.
Our trip was superb and also our driver Himmat. He also help us with lots recomendations, local life, restaurants... He organise or gave us good advices about places to visit. We Are 3 Spanish girls and everything was really good and safe! The car was perfect

Fue una experiencia increíble. Raju nos ayudó con el itinerario y nos lo organizó antes de ir. Se preocupó mucho y contesta siempre súper rápido y siempre está dispuesto a ayudarte. Estuvimos unos 7 días visitando el triángulo dorado y Gwalior.
Nuestro viaje fue perfecto y genial y tuvimos el mejor conductor Hinmat. Nos ayudó con los restaurantes,nos contaba un montón de cosas de su cultura y nos daba consejos sobre qué ver horarios... El coche estaba genial.

Every detail was taken care of. Hotels, transportation, restaurants, and experiences.

Through their kindness and amazing service we got to know the real India (not the India for tourists). The night at the desert, the music, was magical.

About Holi festival?
Celebrated all over India since ancient times, this ritual commemorates various events in Hindu mythology. It also provides the opportunity to rejoice in the colorful arrival of spring by throwing colored powders, oil, and water at one another. Holi signifies the victory of good over evil.
We had the privilege to experience the festivity with local people at Mandawa Kothi Hotel (A haveli or traditional mansion usually one with historical and architectural significance during the Silk Road). An oasis of quietness and beauty in a magical town named Mandawa where we played like never before Holi, not only by rubbing multi-perfumed colors (gulaal) into our faces, but also by absorbing them into our spirits making us feel renewed in so many ways…

When paranoia and anguish started to develop the last 2 days before returning home, the tourists and Indian people were in the middle of pandemic and chaos, Raju Singh treated us not like clients or guests, but as FAMILY where we were treated as Gods till our final destination going back to Mexico. In October 2019 we had a tour of Rajasthan (including Delhi and Agra) visiting each major attraction and seeing a large number of artistic beauties and cultural places.
We were absolutely satisfied of the seriousness and professionalism with which Mr. Raju proposed and organized the tour. Everything has been impeccably planned and, not to be underestimated, the contractual aspects have been clear from the beginning and respected in every detail.
The drivers and the guides were very professionally trained and friendly.. A special mention to the driver Modaram (very competent as well as capable of a friendly attitude) and to the guide Raju of Jaipur (Rajendra Halduniya).

We went for a 15 days tour of Rajasthan during the winter holidays, we picked Real Incredible India as our tour guide withouth really knowing what to expect. The team was superb! Our amazing driver, Modaram, was at full disposal for us and our needs, and managed to please any desires we had over the trip. They planned every stop with lot of care and always available for any kind of requests we might have had during the holiday. The team is amazing, working for you 24/7 with the only goal to make you feel good and amazing in a country which is just breathtaking! The service is budget-friendly, with all the facilities (wifi ecc) available to you whenever you need them, even in the car!

We’ve just returned back from our second trip with incredible real India tours. I always Planned my own travel and never used a tour before but five years ago we used incredible real India to plan our first trip to India and I’m so glad we did. They helped us think through the itinerary and make better decisions. They set up a car and driver which was way more efficient and comfortable. They helped with our questions during the trip. We got the most out our trip because of them. The first time we traveled our kids were nine and 12 and this time they were 14 and 17. We were all happy and healthy and every moment was infinitely interesting and eye opening.

Great Service "Incredible Real India" I have a good experience with Raju guide he never left alone my group. we were 5 girls, after reaching Delhi we were safe and had a much Fun towards my India Trip. We spent 7 days and visited our Destinations where we had a professional driver who was helping everywhere. my favourite place was the Tajmahal. Raju Guide organised everything for us. I spend 20 days with my friends.
