Sin duda alguna de las mejores decisiones que tomamos a la hora de preparar el viaje a la India fue contar con los servicios de Incredible Real India. La comunicación previa al viajes fue fácil, fluida y resolutiva ante las dudas que nos iban surgiendo. Cuando aterrizamos en Delhi y a lo largo de las más de dos semanas que viajamos todo fue aún mejor. Nuestro conductor, Modaram, ha sido de los mejores recuerdos que nos traemos de la experiencia. Su trato, amabilidad, disponiblidad, lo que nos ha facilitado todo...no tenemos más que palabras de agradecimiento hacia él en concreto y su empresa por extensión. Destacamos sobre todo que creemos que fue más allá de sus meras obligaciones laborales para echarnos una mano en ciertos momentos del viaje. Se adaptó a nuestras necesidades e hizo posibles que conociéramos lo máximo posible de la India.

When we made the decision to go to India we considered doing it on our own, using public transport, but finally we realized that seeing everything we wanted depending on buses and trains was crazy and also very uncomfortable. Encouraged by the opinions of other users I decided to contact Incredible Real India and it was the best decision we could make.

The comunication with Raju was super professional from the first email. They responded quickly and solved all our doubts, in addition, they helped us to make a perfect planning to see everything we wanted in the time we had. Once in India the feeling still improved even more.

For two weeks we have had the professionalism of our driver, Modaram, who has made us feel super safe in all transfers (driving through India is really complicated). In addition to the driver's work, he has also given us great advice on how to handle ourselves in the places and how to act before the guides (or false guides) that we were in the temples. Always attentive to our needs, those that we moved or those he detected (temperature in the vehicle, if we wanted to stop somewhere, etc.).

New needs arose during the trip (transfers not contemplated after the contracted period) and the company solved them effectively and very generously.

The vehicle was new, a Toyota brand with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, always clean ... A wonder, especially because during the trip we were meeting other travelers who told us their experience with their drivers, and were far from the Great experience we were having. In summary: 1000% recommended.

it was an incredible experience. Raju helped us before the travelling he helped me to organise everything. He answer really prompt and quick. We spent 7 days and visited the Golden triangle.

I have just spent 10 days in India (Agra+ Rajasthan) with the support of the Incredible Real India. Raju helped us to organize our trip in the best way, optimizing our time and needs; it was very easy to keep in contact with him, he was always available and helpful.

We were a group of 8 people for 20 days north of India. Old friends recommended to us as agency " Incredible Real India Tours " with Raju at the head, and at all times we felt cared for and catered for them. It was a really amazing trip. The great hotels and the attention to us always ready to solve any incidence. The very professional drivers. I recommend making more trips by plane. The roads are not good and the chaotic traffic, there are many trafficjams and we spent many hours traveling on the road. Not worth it. Otherwise excellent all services. Recommended as an agency and to know India receiving a personalized and reliable treatment. Thanks for everything.

Los hoteles estupendos y la atención hacia nosotros siempre dispuestos a resolver cualquier incidencia. Los chóferes muy profesionales. Recomiendo hacer más viajes en avión. Las carreteras no son buenas y pasamos muchas horas viajando en carretera. No vale la pena. Por lo demás excelente todos lis servicios. As a solo female intrepid traveler, I am always concerned with safety as I visit new countries on my never-ending bucket list. I researched many travel options before I settled on Incredible Real India. The online reviews were very positive, they appealed to my sense of adventure, and partnered with my safety concerns. My personalized schedule as a first-time visitor to India included a five-day tour of the Golden Triangle cities of Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur, with Khanu Singh as my driver and different tour guides at the Taj Mahal, Fatephur Sikri, and Jaipur.

My driver met me at the airport at the ungodly hour of 2:00 AM and immediately helped me with my luggage. The car was very clean, and a bottle of water was available by my side. As Singh deftly maneuvered through the chaotic and insistent horn-honking traffic in Delhi he asked the usual questions about my trip and where I lived in the U.S. Within the hour, I was relaxing in the quiet of the comfortable hotel.

Throughout my tour, Khanu was the perfect gentleman, opening the car door for me at all our stops. He was accommodating when I wanted to make an additional stop at Chand Baori to see the famous stepwell. I also appreciated a personal call I received from Raju checking in with me to see if I felt safe during my travels. This was a pleasant surprise and a caring personalized touch, one that certainly sets them apart from other tour companies.

India is a country with a dual personality. On one hand there’s the smog, poverty, traffic, and crush of humanity; on the other there is the exciting draw of history and beautiful art blending with Hinduism. Using a guide in this electrifying country is imperative if you want to use your time effectively. I am delighted with the services provided by Incredible Real India and my stellar driver Khanu Singh who made my trip memorable.

I consider myself a well travelled individual having visited various countries in Europe, Asia, Central America, the Caribbean Sea, and almost every state in the United States. I also consider myself at expert in service and hospitality as I am a restaurant consultant in a major U.S. city. Incredible Real India Tours exceeded my expectations in a multitude of ways, not only for an Indian tour agency but as a stellar business in general.

I researched and emailed numerous Indian tour agencies in regards to touring the Golden Triangle for just under a week. From the start, my experience was amazing. Raju answered my emails promptly, and answered my never-ending questions patiently. Being a solo female traveler to another country, and attempting to book my ideal Golden Triangle tour, I had many concerns and questions. Raju answered them all. Last minute, I decided I wanted to change parts of my itinerary. Raju did so without any hesitation. Raju created an ideal Golden Triangle tour which included my own private driver, hotels, destinations, and tour guides from late night of April 9th to the morning of April 14th. This was all done within my budget and last minute with the utmost of professional care.

My plane arrived late but my driver, Ravi, was standing at the Delhi airport, patiently, with a smile on his face with a sign with my name. Ravi was amazing. He drove me from Delhi to Agra to Fahtepur Sikhi to Jaipur. India traffic can be considered organized traffic but I always felt comfortable and safe with Ravi. He also answered my numerous questions I had throughout the drive, and helped me better understand the Indian culture. He was warm, welcoming, courteous, and professional. The car itself was new, equipped with WIFI, and cold bottled water. I would definitely highly recommend Ravi.

The destinations, hotels, and tour guides were great. The hotels were clean, comfortable, and all included an appetizing and well rounded breakfast. The hotel staff, especially in Agra and Jaipur were phenomenal. The tour guides were very informative and friendly.

In Jaipur, I became extremely ill. Sick enough where I had to go to the hospital, stay for 2 days, and revisit for 2 more days for more treatment. I had to unexpectedly extend my stay in Jaipur because of my hospital visits, and my doctor told me I could not fly. Traveling by myself and in the hospital, it could have been one of the worst experiences. But it was not because of Incredible Real India Tours. The hotel in Jaipur (booked by Incredible Real India Tours), Raju, and Ravi were sincerely concerned about my well being. I could not have been in better hands. Extending my stay and driver was all handed by Raju while I was in the hospital. It is not often but shows the utmost of professionalism and experience, when a company anticipates a customer’s needs. Also, they genuinely cared. This is not something you can pay for and something you cannot put a price tag on. It is rare when a business sincerely cares. After I was cleared to fly, Ravi drove me to the airport, and Raju followed up with my via email to check up on my health.

I highly recommend this travel agency. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. They truly made my experience memorable, and made what could have been a very scary experience for me, a positive one.

Sólo pensar el viajar sola a la India da bastante vértigo, pero gracias a esta agencia de viajes y a la atención de todo su personal, no sólo es posible y seguro, sino además muy divertido y una experiencia única!

Decidí hacer este viaje sola por lo difícil que es compaginar la vida con amig@s y pareja en los tiempos que corren, cada uno tenemos horarios y vacaciones muy distintas; llevaba soñándo toda la vida con este viaje, y al final decidí dar el paso, en parte por la confianza que me ofrecieron desde el primer momento, como además por la preocupación de que me sintiese segura en todo momento.

Me prepararon la ruta, y me asignaron un conductor que fue de lo más respetuoso y diligente conmigo, además de estar pendiente de todo porque estuviese a gusto todo el tiempo. Incluso pude conversar con él en inglés, para que me pusiese en antecedentes de esta cultura tan distinta a la española pero a la vez tan parecida.

Alle mailtjes en vragen werden serieus beantwoord. Afsluitend hebben we overnacht in Mandawa bij hotel Mandawa Kothi: een pareltje van een hotel. Hartelijke ontvangst, heerlijk versbereid eten en een prinsheerlijk bed. TOP!
