I ordered the tights and they were to big, without any problems they sent me the correct size. It was a flawless transaction. I am very pleased with my product. I will be letting others know what an awesome product it is. Customer service was fantastic and helpful. I will be ordering other colors in the near future.

Quality Customer Service
I placed my first order with Indestructible Tights recently. I was disappointed with the first pair of Navy tights I tried on when a rather large noticeable run appeared on the upper right thigh.
I contacted the company and Monica Davis replied to my comments. She went out of her way to ensure that my situation was corrected. She offered to send me a replacement pair of tights at no extra cost. She was prompt, polite and empathetic with all my contacts with her. I received my replacement tights this week and things are much better. It appears the first pair were perhaps defective.
I want to single Monica Davis out for her outstanding help in rectifying this situation to my satisfaction.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Indestructible Pantyhose! The quality is amazing, they’re comfortable, and they really do live up to their name. I’ve been extremely happy with my purchase and the customer service has been fantastic as well.
They even went above and beyond by sending me a replacement package—and I was pleasantly surprised to receive two packages instead of one! That was completely unexpected and incredibly generous.

I have bought several pairs
I have bought several pairs. The first a black pair has runs down the legs, and a hole in the middle seams area. The second was nude or beige, the seam in the front deraveled. And formed holes in the top of one foot. The third, well the dye black bled all over my legs and feet. Plus I had to fight to get that stupid VIP charge returned. These are not indestructible. I contacted customer service they sent me one pair as a replacement. I think this companies name is a lie, and they don't do any shapewear at all.

My experience has nothing short of amazing. I ordered 3 pair of Tights earlier this year. One pair I pulled a hole in. I reached out and Indestructible shipped me a replacement pair. Well they never arrived because of shipping errors. I reached out again months later. I received my replacement pair two days ago. They have a customer in me for life. The customer service is impeccable.

I love mine
I love mine. I was dressed to go out when my 9 week old kitten decided to climb up the back of my leg. Extremely painful, but no holes or runs, just scratches. Best product ever.

Upon reviewing your account, please be assured that your subscription has been permanently cancelled and no further charges will be applied to your account. We also processed a full refund for the charges in question. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be posted to your account.

Initially this rating would be a 2 star due to a deceptive discount offer upon payment which, if you accept, signs you up to a subscription.
However, when I discovered money had been withdrawn, I contested it. I was given an apology, a complete cancellation of the subscription, and eventually a refund of the funds withdrawn.
Monica was good at responding well and I had no issue with the quality of the tights.

Great customer service! there was a mix up and an error with what they sent but when i messaged about it they were quick to offer 2x replacement pairs! so over and above. Also the people emailing are always so friendly and helpful :)
