The tights are of good quality and the customer service team is very kind, thoughtful and understanding, also they handle things swiftly and efficiently. The replies are always polite and helpful also come by quickly. Therefore I highly recommend shopping there.

I made enquiries to their customer services, to find where my delivery was as I had previously spoken to them before ordering, that my tights would arrive before my party. It was the day before and overdue, I was being ignored by Evri. Customer services checked where my parcel was. I went to the post office with the receipt number provided by customer services, but it was too late they had been returned, because they had been their too long, which I didn’t know because I wasn’t informed by Evri. I got back in touch with customer services, they apologised profusely and without asking returned in full the cost and postal of my tights, they also sent another pair of tights out to me and followed it through the delivery process to ensure I received my parcel this time, which I did. I am so grateful even if i didn’t have them for the party, the feeling that my order delivery was important to them was amazing. Thank you so much.

I mentioned in an email that the original order (size M) did not work fit me - way too long. I wasn’t expecting any reply. What a surprise when I was offered a free replacement!! After sending in my measurements, a size small was suggested. Unfortunately a size large was sent by mistake. After sending in a photo I was sent a size small. All along I was treated so kindly. A rare and welcome experience!!

I cancelled part of an order due to my mistake. The refund was quick and easy, well done Sarah!

I had accidentally ordered the wrong size in my order. The customer service department quickly and professionally handled this issue. They let me know immediately when they had made the corrections to my order.
I received my order and the sizes were correct for all the products.

Company is scum , once buy tights you wil be charged 35 euro monthly for some”VIP” abonnement . In their response they state that the subscription was presented as a option during the ordering process . In itself , it doesn’t make the practice lawful or transparent. Offer of 10% discount ends in entry into a subscription- misleading practice- and to say easy -SCAM

The Indestructible Tights I received are excellent but they were too large and I requested a replacement. It did take a bit longer to get them but they arrived in excellent condition. When I contacted support, they were very helpful and quick. I will purchase from this company again.

The first day i put them in they felt wonderful. But after using the bathroom later that day, when I pulled them back up the back seam ripped. Contacting customer service was a waste of time.

Customer service did reach out with an email with an apology and a second email offering to replace the ripped tights. Thank you Sarah Robinson, Customer Service Manager, for your kind email and understanding. You are exactly what customers expect from good customer service. A gem for your company. I highly recommend Indestructable Tights. They do feel wonderfuland luxurious and my experience wasn't the norm I'm sure.

The product seems to well made. Delivery was on time. The tights were a little more opaque than I expected. They are comfortable to wear when the temps are below 70 degrees. Above that they may be too warm. They are comfortable to wear. I need to wear compression socks, With this hose I don't need to wear them.

I received a wrong sized pair of tights in my order. Mistakes can happen! What impressed me is how great their customer support team has been about making sure they correct this mistake. I'm am beyond happy with the service. But I can't leave without also saying how great the tights are. I'm about to place another order and I have had zero issues with the ones I have from them. There is not a single snag in any of the tights, in spite of wearing the very frequently and having cats who like to jump on me. hehe

I can't wait to get more colors and have more pairs to last me until laundry day. :)

Took a chance, didn’t know the brand, but the promotional pricing was tempting. The product arrived in less than two weeks. = Check

The packaging is very clever—frosted ziplock bags, with size and color displayed on the outside. = Check

Size: True to size, extra points for the sizing options (eight!). These aren’t Temu one-size-fits-no-one-but-your-teenage-daughter tights. Indestructibletights offers as many sizing options as any of the big labels out there. Eight sizes to choose from. I went up 2x and the fit was great. I always size up, I recommend it, you will be more comfortable and your hosiery will thank you = Check

Now, the indestructibility part... I tried as hard as I could to ruin them. pulled, thugged, Yoga, Peloton—no marks. Handwashed them, then towel dried, and they look exactly like they did out of the package. No stretching, no distortion, no bleeding, nothing. = Check

Customer experience: I can't speak about claims, as I have not had an issue, however my questions and order status were answered quickly,and accurately. = Check.

Look and Feel: These are semi-transparent tights with a slight sheen. They aren’t Italian semi-opaque tights like Signe Sarah, but they’re just as comfortable.
and way, way more luxurious and comfortable than Sheertex. All the colors are amazing, and the photos on the website don't do justice to how beautiful this hosiery is. Also, they are incredibly comfortable, no bunching, no rolling, no drooping, no static!

So jump in with both feet! You won't find any hosiery as durable and stylish as this anywhere for less than triple the price. = Check

Great customer support, very understandable and issued a refund with no problem.

I had an issue with an automatic membership subscription, but everything was very quickly solved thanks to a good communication with the team.
And I am very happy with my tights, so sure will order again. :)

I ordered two pairs and had a problem with one pair. Notified the company and they sent a replacement right away. I also sent photos to verify.
I would shop with them again.

I tried to place an order but it kept saying my card was declined. I tried several times with the same result. However, in checking my bank account they had debited multiple transactions and I ended up paying almost $250 for what was a $30 order. When I informed them they tried to convince me to keep multiple pairs of pantyhose I did not want and when that didn’t work they just kept sending emails saying my multiple orders, which I did not order, had been shipped. I had to put a stop on my card and raise all the transactions as fraud with my bank. Who knows if I’ll get my $250 back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
