Non avete mai mandato una conferma d’ordine con numero d’ordine o tracciamento corriere. L’ho reperito tramite PayPal, avete comunicato il codice di tracciamento ma quei truffatori di GOFO hanno solo mostrato una foto del pacco fuori dalla mia abitazione che non mostra una firma e quindi non testimonia la consegna.
Aggiornamento 16 gennaio 26: Oltre al danno pure la beffa.
Dopo avermi risposto qui su trustpilot mi scrivono che mi avrebbero rispedito i collant mai arrivati e non l’hanno mai fatto

I bought ONE pair of tights. The company charged me for and sent me SEVEN pairs of tights, six of which weren't even in my size. They tried to get me to keep the additional tights by suggesting that I find a family member or acquaintance who would be able to wear them. This is a SCAM.

Do NOT Purchase! Horrible Product!
The name implies the hose will NOT run. I had them on an hour before the first run. I wish I read the reviews. They do not stay up either. I was constantly going to the ladies room to pull them up. The company does not stand behind their products and it is misleading. Please do not waste your money. I wore them to a wedding so low key wear and I hope I can attach photos. I even paid for expedited shipping and they did not expedite $14! As much as the hose.
Thank goodness I have buyer’s protection with PayPal. I will never have to deal with them again.

If I could give a 0 I would. Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered 1 pair of tights and they billed me for 6 over£60 when I only ordered 1 pair @ £9.99 I have emailed them and they said just send them back so I contacted them asking for return details and nothing they just keep saying sorry but don’t send information they will probably say contact them if this gets read too but they will not do ass requested they are thieves

Not Indestructible at All
I ordered 2 pairs of indestructible tights July 2025. First they don't stay in place. I have to wear anothee pair of panties otherwise they end up around my thighs.
I got a few wears out of both pairs but they both ripped as I put them on.

Seems like a scam
Website seemed a little bit sketchy but went through with it anyway, was advertised it through Instagram and bought 16.66 pound tights, the money didn't fully come out of my account but instead they took two small installments of 6.70 and 9.65 pounds in one day under the name "shopgoodgarments" (taking at least a similar amount to what was due together) and today have just received a charge of 26 pounds from them again near a month later. when I first purchased it automatically signed me up for a membership which I cancelled but it seemingly like they haven't cancelled it. the payment is still pending so I can't fully take it up with my bank yet but will be as soon as it's finished pending

Where's My Refund
I've been trying to get a refund for tights I did not order but they mailed to me. I followed the return order to the letter. It has now been almost 2 months YES 2 months and they are still making me jump through hoops to get a refund on the product I returned. They keep emailing me and creating tickets but no refund. I bet I never see a refund even though the product was returned, unopened, in original package and emailed copy of tracking slip as requested. Now they want to know what I returned. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with for getting a refund of $57.22. They are hoping I will give up and go away and they won't refund my money. I've given you the information you requested and still no refund or response. I'm calling the BBB and reporting you then I'll be contacting the attorney general's office. I've asked numerous times if they want the new number to refund my money and I get the same stupid automated response we have received your request and created a ticket. How pathetic can any company be. I'm now contacting The State Attorney General's office to have them deal with this company that should not even be in business and get my money back. I hope they have a more intelligent answer for them than they do for me.
