It says next day delivery but once you get to later stage there extra cost for ‘guaranteed next day’
The test that arrived was a bog standard over the counter version no branding just a square of paper with QR. after filling in tho it wouldn’t save so I called the number several times but no answer. Luckily when ensuring a helpful customer service rep responded quickly and helped. But I think the online form should have worked really.

Really fast delivery and super helpful with a problem registering the test kit via the portal. Certificate received within 20 minutes!

Test result did not arrive in time so I missed my flight. All attempts to make contact to chase up the result were frustrating and ineffectual, answerphone message then cut off, delayed response to contact form all resulted in missed flight. Apparent issue with email, all emails other than test result were received so don’t accept that as an explanation.

This was the first time we had to do a test to travel. The kits arrived very quickly and I did have a bit of an issue registering as it was not completely clear what to do. I had 3 tests to register and had to create 3 accounts.
Saying that the certificates came back well within the hour, there was an issue with one of them, but the customer service from Elaine was absolutely fantastic and it was resolved quickly.

Received the test in good time. Tried to register my kit in good time before travelling and received an error message that kit was not valid. Couldn't find a helpline telephone number to call. Had to throw it away and order another one urgently for my departure! Total waste of money, poor product and no service! Travellers BEWARE!

We initially had a problem with our ID code, it would not register, we emailed and had a very quick response which quickly solved the problem. Would definitely use again.

Only one of the two people tested received results. Testing also does not work on Google chrome on an iphone. Very stressful. Hoping results for my done come through, but have not paid for back up testing in case it doesn’t.

The process on principle is easy, but the website either crashed or was offline for the hour I tried to use it. Luckily, the online chat person Rachel was superb in assisting and completing the process for me.

I had problems with my Kit ID, I sent an email and within minutes they sent me new codes and I was able to complete my test results

Online Test arrived but no instructions as per the website or on the email/ no receipt just an order number spent a few hours trying to sort the info.
Test was sent out by Home2Lab who later gave out misinformation when I contacted them (two occasions 2 different people!) and actually gave out a number for a tour bus company with a similiar name but that had nothing to do with Indigo Travel Test
Impossible to register/ sign in to their portal/ no number on the test utter BS basically feel like I have been scammed
Had to very last second book an appointment at another fit to fly centre. Called Home2Lab next day who then gave out ‘a number’ which goes to an unidentifiable voice message asking you to ‘leave a message’ someone needs to stop this apparent blatant rip off behaviour.. quite angry.. can you tell 😬😬😬

Son’s test wouldn’t save - had to switch to an android phone. And friends who also booked with you a) could not upload and save for an hour and b) results have not arrived in 60 minutes - too stressful. Not a recommendation.
