This is the 4th time I have used the service for airport drop off and pick up. Excellent service every time.

Head and shoulders, Infiniti are way ahead of any other taxi service in the area!

Excellent experience with this company. Drivers are polite, professional and friendly, on our return journey from the airport despite the very early morning pick up the driver even brought our cases to the front door.
The cars are immaculate, great communication making it stress free.
Will certainly use again and 100% recommend

The driver was on time, we were delayed, but he was polite about waiting, he got us home from Newcastle airport and missed out any delays. He also returned after to return a phone left in the car so thanks for that.

Excellent service, very punctual with spotlessly clean cars. We recently used Infiniti Cars for an airport drop off and pick up at Newcastle airport. We had a lengthy delay on our return flight and the communication and attitude of the staff and drivers was fantastic. Highly recommend the company and thanks for making our journey that bit easier.

I’ve used this excellent company several times, and know they take good care of my elderly father. This was the first time I asked them to collect me from Middlesbrough station. Given arrival time variations with the London train I usually use one of the station taxis, but due to increased mobility problems just now, decided to use Infinity knowing how responsive/and caring they are. They did not disappoint; I felt very safe with them.

We have used Infiniti for our company bookings, great service always and always on time and prompt to respond when we have bookings.

This was my first time using this taxi company & I was very impressed. My daughter, who has learning disability, felt very safe & liked the lady driver. We will definitely use this company again.
