Purchased the Kyota Yugana M784D Massage Chair from Costco online in December 2024.

Disappointment #1 was with the delivery. They showed up late at night hours past their timeframe requiring us to cancel our evening plans. They did not unboxed it and the box had damage to the side. Fortunately the damage did not impact the chair as it was well packaged with foam inserts and thin plywood.
The chair worked great and I found it to be quite impressive.

Disappointment #2 was after only two uses the back roller unit quit working. Normally I would take the item back to Costco but due to the size and weight I chose to let the manufacturer attempt to repair it. Costco helped to coordinate contact with Infinity and they troubleshot the problem over the phone. They sent out the parts to my home and then once the parts arrived had a tech come out to make repairs.

Disappointment #3 was the parts they sent out were used and defective. The gears were stripped and it was not professionally packaged. The PC boards were not in static bags and the tech was unable to repair the chair after spending over an hour tearing it all apart. They were also supposed to send out a new handheld controller which had a scratch on the display but it did not arrive. BTW this particular chair controller is not a touch pad and the keyboard does not light up so it is difficult to operate in low light conditions.

Success! The tech ordered a complete back roller unit replacement and a controller. They arrived in about one week and two days later the tech came and installed it. This fixed the problem.

After reading all the reviews on Infinity Massage Chairs and my own experience I can not recommend their products. I gave them a 3 Star rating for their efforts to make repairs but I feel the company has a long way to go to be a 5 Star company.

If you’re considering buying a massage chair I recommend you do some research and actually test them out to be sure you like the feel and features. Definitely look at the reviews as these chairs aren’t cheap and it appears there are a lot more complaints than a typical product may incur.

Fantastic salesperson, skipped class to get a massage at Costco best massage of my life, haven’t felt this limber and agile in months. Wonderful product and even better salesperson id recommend looking into their products even if you don’t think you need anything you definitely do.

The salesman, his name is Kicker, is an awesome salesman. He gave my buddy and I a great demonstration of the chairs, made me feel like I was 8 years old again. Awesome product, amazing customer service, I’d recommend dealing with this company over any other because of the salesman. He was an awesome guy, he was in the Kalispell CostCo on January 31st, 2025. Just had the second delivery attempt on the top of the line Infinity massage chair and found it to be damaged in a different way from the first delivery. First one had arms all scratched up, and second one was obviously dropped to bend the steel hinge fitting. Spent $8K but they package it in a $10 cardboard box that can't handle any abuse at all. So sad...just cancelled the order after waiting since SEPTEMBER!...4 FULL MONTHS that they have had my money. Good luck getting a working product...I can't attest to their function or durability, as we never had one fully setup...just never made it that far.

The chairs are amazing and the sales guys are very nice and most importantly they are NOT pressure sales people but instead answer questions and show you how the chair works.

My husband and I demo’d the massage chair Imperial with Syner-D at Costco. I couldn’t believe how relaxing it was, but my husband literally stood up and said his back Didn’t hurt. He hasn’t said that it 10 years. The discomfort started to return about an hour later but we believe with more consistent use of this chair he can sustain pain free longer and longer. This chair truly gives a customizable full body massage-even has voice control!
Carlos Preciado, the Infinity rep spent in total close to 2 hours with us, giving us an experience with all of the different features of the chair, taking extra time to address my husbands issues.
We wanted to take time to look at other high end massage chairs before committing and we did not make it back to this Costco before the chairs and our salesman were gone. After some digging I found another Costco that had the chairs back in 2 weeks. I visited new location to order the chair. The salesman at this location was Phillip Shea. He was also wonderful! He was thorough in going over all of the details with me. He also assured me that he would make sure that Carlos got credit for this sale! So generous of Phillip!
The chair is beyond outstanding. And the fine young men that represent this company are well trained and professional!

The unit showed up damaged because of the improper handling by the transportation company, not Infinity. But within days, infinity had sent out replacement pieces and a friendly and knowledgeable tech who fixed it up brand new. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with infinity!

He took the time to explain different features, let me try out various settings, and never made me feel rushed. His patience and knowledge definitely helped me make a confident decision.

Ordering & Delivery
Once I decided on the perfect massage chair, ordering was straightforward. Although there were some minor hiccups during delivery that required a small cosmetic repair, the Infinity team handled the situation quickly and efficiently. Otherwise, everything arrived in great condition, and setup was much smoother than I anticipated.

Results & Overall Satisfaction
Now that I’ve been using my Infinity massage chair for a while, I can say it has been absolutely life-changing. My aches and pains have noticeably subsided, and I feel more relaxed and rejuvenated than ever. The chair’s different massage modes and features target all the right spots, making it easy to customize each session to my needs.

The Infinity Imperial® Syner-D® is just awesome, my best investment into my health related luxuries. I have had this chair for 1.5 years now.This was my first ever massage chair and my gut just said this is it after I tried a demo in a Costo in Woodinville WA , the sales guy Phillip was awesome and has been super helpful whenever I have had any questions even after the sale. I was also feeling uneasy at times having spent so much $ without trying other brands but boy this one is THE best after I tried several other brands and nothing comes close to the Infinity chair. I love the auto-programs , the kneading and the programability according to your needs. This also has great calf rollers. The only challenge is its too heavy so do get the white glove delivery and surely decide where you want it. There are ways to move it ,but you will need help. I have also assembled it twice now when i needed to move it. Great job Infinity and I sing a lot of praises for this chair when my friends visit home.

Doing business with Infinity has been such a pleasurable experience. We tried to time the delivery of our chair with the completion on our basement remodel. Due to unforeseen delays with our remodel, Crystal S., a Customer Experience Supervisor, went above and beyond to delay the delivery of our chair, until we found a place to store it. Crystal was a pleasure to deal with! When we finally got the chair into our basement, wouldn’t you know it, the chair wouldn’t power on. Cody, in customer service/repair, sent a technician, Jason, who diagnosed a faulty wiring harness. Cody sent a new wiring harness in a very timely fashion, Jason came back and installed the new harness and made sure the entire chair was running in tip top shape. Just like the chair itself, these three individual’s calmed us down and gave us peace of mind. The chair has been operational for a few days now. We are thrilled with our Infinity chair!

It's an excellent chair to get. It is not cheap but it's worth every penny. Customer service is outstanding. Immediate response and very knowledgeable technicians. I had an issue with the air valves and they send a tech out the next day and repaired it. If you are not going to buy an Infinity chair, you might as well not get one because they are the best. Highly recommended.

We’ve had our Infinity chair now for 4 months. We have thoroughly enjoyed our chair. When we have had to have a repair, the customer service have been extremely helpful and responsive. Nothing but good words to say about Infinity and their message chair! The product is great. Their customer service (and repair, if necessary) is even better! They took care of my chair when the foot massage wasn’t working. I did not have to pay a dime. Their repair person came out and fixed the issue!

After three years of use, the chair began making noise, and Isaiah was incredibly patient in listening to my concerns. I finally purchased the Infinity Dynasty chair I had been looking at and finally tried it. What a fantastic chair! After comparing all the others, it is the best on the market. I was thrilled to have it coming my way!

To my chagrin, I then realized the space it was going into: the door was not removable, taking away the minimum amount of space needed to get into that room.

I contacted customer service to discuss it. Debbie, Heidi, and Crystal were very helpful to me. Then, they contacted their tech guys to discuss this further. We took photos of the door and room, and they determined it would not fit without getting damaged.

We canceled the order and refunded my money with no other questions.

The level of customer service was unbelievable. These folks run a company that not only delivers a great product but also backs it up with impeccable customer service. They care about the customer experience and back up their products.

These are the kinds of companies with which we should do business in this age of sub-par customer service.

I didn’t expect a pleasant resolution to my issue, as good customer service is hard to come by these days. I had a problem with a massage chair I purchased in 2023 that had become unusable. Since I bought it through a dealer of Infinity Massage Chairs, I was concerned about how difficult it might be to get it back in working condition.

Initially, one customer service representative assisted me and made some progress, but I hit a roadblock due to a lack of information on my end. When I called back, I was immediately connected with another representative who seamlessly picked up where we left off. In just a matter of minutes, they resolved the issue.

To my surprise, the accommodations they provided went above and beyond what they were contractually obligated to do, simply to ensure I was a happy customer. They even followed up with me to confirm I fully understood what was being done, eliminating any chance of miscommunication.

The entire experience was far easier than I expected, and I am incredibly pleased with how they handled everything. Infinity Massage Chairs has truly earned my trust and appreciation.

I’ve had my evolve chair since 2019.

After daily use(3-5 30min programs a day) for 5 years, one of the motors failed.

I reached out to the customer service team and within a week Anthony had sent me the components his troubleshooting guide recommended based on what was happening to my chair(it wouldn’t complete body scan).

After a little trouble shooting and instructions provided by Anthony, I was able to replace the motor on my own and the machine works just as it did the first day I purchased it.

I bought this chair at Costco, and every employee from infinity that I’ve met, from the day I first tried the chair out to Anthony this past week, have been nothing short of amazing.

Another point I want to highlight is the versatility the company provides. I’m sure they have specialists I could have paid to get the chair up and running. The fact that they also provide the service to allow the customer to fix their own chair is phenomenal.

Every time friends come over I show them the chair and sing infinity praises. This recent experience is another tale to recount to them.
