The massage chair is great!.
There was a minor hiccup in the delivery process, but Infinity went over and beyond my expectations to rectify the delivery. I am very impressed with the chair, the company and the delivery.

This company was so easy to work with. I ordered my chair at a home and garden show. I was told it would be delivered in 4 weeks. To my surprise it was available in 2. It was so easy to schedule my delivery. I received a notice as promised the time frame I could have my deliver. When my chair was delivered and installed, it was not installed correctly. I called the company and they responded immediately and set up a time and date convenient for me to have it corrected.
I do have a complaint. When my chair was delivered, the installers failed to set up my chair correctly. When they put the chair in demo mode they did not have me sit in the chair to make sure it was working correctly. The set it in demo mode, said it was in demo mode and left.
I made a service call and another installer came. He told us that half of the chair was not hooked up and he was surprised it was even working at all. He hooked up the chair correctly and it has been working properly ever since.

I purchased the massage chair from Costco on January 2021. It was working great until about march 2024. I contacted Infinity - they diagnosed the issue, sent me the replacement part and then a local tech came to repair the chair. All this was done in about a week and completely covered by warranty. Great customer service.

We purchased white glove delivery service with our Infinity massage chair. After the installation I noticed some noises I was unsure about. I contacted Daniel Horgan at customer service and he suggested to send him a video of the chair operating. He followed up with a phone call, made a spot on diagnosis from the video, sent out the appropriate parts and arranged for a knowledgable technician to come to my home.
Rusty was our technician- he called ahead, arranged a date and arrived on time. Very good communication. He serviced the chair and all is working great.
After the service call, there was a pleasant follow up from Jen Linscott at Infinity.
Infinity customer service is truly excellent!

A few years ago, my husband bought the Mosaic Infinity massage chair at the Big E (in MA) from a young professional salesman. The chair was never abused but certainly got a lot of use. One day it started to stutter and grind. I located the warranty and called customer service. I have never experienced such excellent customer service.
I spoke with a few different agents (in NH) while we were trying to diagnose the problem over the phone. Each one of them was calm, knowledgeable, and helpful. They spoke kindly to one another, and they spoke kindly and professionally to me.
We needed a new part; they were going to have to find it and send it to me. The agents were so genuine and human (warm, even) that I believed them. Meanwhile, I called the salesman (InTX) who sold me the chair. He remembered me! He was also gung-ho to help find the part.
The customer service people in NH took the time to help me find service technicians in my area to install the part. I felt respected when no one made a promise they couldn't keep. (Aka blowing smoke) I felt like part of a team. I believe it was everyone on the team who contributed to getting the parts to us as soon as they did.

We Purchased an Infinity massage chair right at a year ago. It has been wonderful until one of the air bag lines sprung a leak. Within a couple days of reporting the issue, a repair technician was scheduled. He called to notify when in route, was professional and completed necessary repairs quickly. I visited the Infinity Massage Chair booth at the ISC West trade show in Las Vegas on April 4th at 10:30am. As someone suffering from severe plantar fasciitis and lower back pain, I was genuinely excited to explore purchasing a massage chair that could provide some relief.
Unfortunately, the sales representative was extraordinarily rude and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. Despite this initial poor impression, I remained interested in proceeding with my purchase because Infinity is one of the few companies offering national maintenance support.
Barely one minute into my five-minute demo, the sales representative abruptly terminated my massage because I was responding to a work email—at a work conference, no less. He rudely informed me that if I couldn't "look relaxed" in front of other customers while using the chair, I needed to leave immediately as he was "trying to sell chairs." Ironically, two other gentlemen were also using display chairs while on their phones, yet they weren't subjected to the same treatment.
For a $15,000 purchase, I strongly urge you to consider any other option in the market before this company's products. Even if these chairs were only $100, you deserve to spend your money where sales representatives can at least pretend to be professional during a brief 5-minute demonstration.
The sales team's blatant disrespect and discriminatory treatment make it impossible to recommend this company, regardless of their product quality.

Wow - I submitted an online request for service and got a call from a kind, real human the very next day!! They provided me with two options for my technical need, and both of those vendors returned my call the same day! We ended up with JEZ and Ashley was so sweet and so helpful. She did the legwork to ensure we could get the work done in our limited timeframe.

This is our first ever massage chair purchase and we had been looking at less expensive models. We happened to be in our local Costco and Infinity had a Road Show demo going on. We were impressed by the quality of the massage and the claims of a better quality product and warranty. We made the purchase and the chair was delivered a couple weeks later. Within a few days the chair had an issue requiring a repair technician and the first available appointment was several weeks out. So our initial experience was not going well at this point. However, after reaching out to Infinity customer service, they insured the issues would be taken care of and I later got a call from someone wanting to personally follow-up and insure I was happy. The repairs were made and everything now functions as it should and we are enjoying a first class massage in a top tier chair. I am both impressed and grateful with the personal attention representatives at Infinity gave when I called with my concerns. Although it was unfortunate the chair needed a repair right out of the box, I understand that things happen ....... it is how the company deals with it that really matters. Infinity handled the issue and made me feel valued while doing so.
I would highly recommend Infinity Massage Chairs to anyone wanting a high quality chair and a top tier company to stand behind it.

This is a great experience when the chair is working. Ours came needing a replacement part and initial diagnosis called for a new motherboard. After waiting a while repairman said that wasn't the problem. Thus waiting again for a sensor. Chair came February 7 not repaired till April 1st . The Genki M380 is a great when there are no problems.

We bought the percussion massage device at Costco. Husband had it massaging lower back area and smelled something burning. The device burned my chair. It burned the cushion and back of chair. I will gladly send pictures if needed. Nowhere on the manual does it warn of burning issues. I also just looked at my husband's back where it had placed the device and he has two burn spots on his skin. he had a shirt on and had the device outside the shirt. this is dangerous and possibly a product malfunction/danger.

Great massage chair, even better customer service from Deborah! Arrived with a little cracked plastic piece so it wasn’t perfect. But called in and received a replacement with installation of the cracked piece. The one thing I would improve is the speakers - zero bass. Maybe I’ll figure out how to upgrade them since the chair has been awesome at rehabilitating my messed up back.

Saw these at Costco. Kicker told us they would only be there a few more days. When we went back for it, they were already gone. Regret was real. Today when we did our weekly trip, we were like a kid on Christmas seeing the pro endurance percussion massage device back!! We told Kicker he won us over and we are going home happy with one in our possession!
