I ordered two dresses from Ininruby on February 5, 2020. I never received an order status. One dress was delivered in May. I really liked it. The other dress never came, and it’s November 2, 2020. Now the website is shut down. When I emailed customer service from my order confirmation email link, it was returned as an undeliverable address. I really liked the dress I received. I really want this other one, or a refund.

The worst company ever never called you back never gets back to you takes your money and doesn’t even deliver the order and there’s no way to get back to them do not buy off of this site they are total be horrible and rip offs

This company is running a scam. Beware. Clothes are tremendously misrepresented. Do not buy. You will loose your money and have no opportunity to return. There is not a single positive review.

I have made two sizable purchases from this site. The clothing to weeks to get here. Understandably, COVID has a lot to do with shipping problems, but this was SO MUCH more than the standard delays. The quality of the items was grossly misrepresented in their images online. When I finally received my packages, each item was individually wrapped. Some of the wrapping seemed very old. Various bags and labeling degraded the credibility of this company even more. The quality of fabric was flimsy, see though, and very poor. After trying on 3 items, I didn't even bother to try on any of the other 14 items I purchased. To make matters worse, THEIR RETURN POLICY IS ABSURD. You need to take multiple photos of the items at different angles in the hopes that they will accept the return. I have been told that this must be done within 30 days of receipt. I still have not gotten a resolution and will be taking steps next to dispute the charge through PayPal. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. For 19.99 you get a MUCH better quality from Ross, TJMaxx or Marshalls.

I want everyone to know how disappointing I was with this company. I ordered two (2) coats back in September and up to now I have not received them. After several enquiries I filed a complaint with PayPal and was given a refund instantly.
This website is very unreliable and never delivers or if they do its not of good quality given the many negitave reviews that they been given.

Es la tienda online mas engañosa que he conocido hasta el momento. Las fotos de los productos son fantasticas. La descripción no es precisa y cuando habla de la calidad de los tejidos lleva a engaño por su generalidad: cotton blend, woven fabric. Las camisas que compre son totalmente acrilicas y mal hechas. No te dice nada de las mangas y resulta que no tienen botones sino que tienen gomas.
Si quieres retornar el producto te dicen directamente que no vale la pena porque cuesta mas devolverlo que el producto en si. A mi me lo mandaron desde un almacen de Madrid, con lo cual es una mentira. Y lo que te ofrecen es un vale para que compres otro producto.
Es increible! Les he dicho que sus productos son tan malos (tampoco son tirados de precio) que no necesitaba ningun vale. No se recupera el dinero aunque se haga dentro de los 15 dias que marca la ley.
Lo que me queda es hacer una critica en todas las webs que me lo permitan para que no les ocurra a otras personas lo mismo.

I would've put 0 as a rating if i could....absolutely disgusted with the service i have been provided. After spending nearly $300 i still haven't received 1 item a month later after ordering it. 2 items don't even fit and no where near the quality they show us on their website. Don't even bother emailing them, since they like to come up with lousy excuses every time. SCAMMERS!!!!!

I sent you 10 emails regarding the lousy dress that doesn’t fit. It sure looked nice in the picture, but it is cut strangely at the waist. Quite frankly....if I would have know where your company was located, I would have never ordered it at all. You know...since your country has successfully killed thousands of people. 1.07 million to be exact. It would really be nice if one of your customer service reps would reply. Your company is definitely living up to your reviews. I only wish I would have read this before I spent $42 on a lousy piece of material.

Es una estafa, nada tiene que ver lo que te mandan con la foto, luego no puedes reclamar, no te admiten devoluciones aunque ponen que si.
Ni se os ocurra comprar , calidad es nula , las tallas nada que ver con la realidad, nunca me mandaron los modelos que pedí.

I would not even give this company one star. The quality is AWFUL, the sizing is ridiculous and not even close. You cannot exchange or return anything. Please do not support this China based company.

Complete and utter disappointment!! I don't know why the pictures look so good.. Then the item comes and it's complete junk. Do not.. I repeat do not order from this company. What was supposed to be an elegant wrap top was a piece of felt that a 5 year old child could cut against a pattern.

I never send anything back so ended up cutting it up and using it as a dust cloth..

I was told to give the clothes away as a gift considering the high shipping fee to return! I have bought 7 in total. Received 5 and 2 is still pending at their warehouse. I requested them to refund me the money of the rest of the two items since they said they needed the items to be shipped to them for the refund. Instead of giving me a refund they keep telling me that the items are on the way. There are no way you can refund. Photos are all misleading and look nothing like the items. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! SCAMMER!

6 months to receive my order dispatched in 3 parcels... still waiting for one!! The quality is so disappointing. Their photos look amazing but clothes look so much different in real. I have tried to contact the customer service to get a refund on the parcel I am still waiting for and they keep saying it will arrive soon. Never buy again from them.

I would rate it negative stars if I could... Terrible experience!!! The item took sooooo long to arrive, and none of the dresses look as advertised on the site. Cheap material and terrible looking dresses... Not even close to acceptable.... When I tried to return, I couldn't since there was no order number or return label or anything to use. Horrific experience!!! Instagram should block them from advertising on their site!! It is a rip off!!! A scam!!!

J ai commandé 3 articles. Je n en ai reçu que deux et je pense que si j avais moi même confectionné ces articles ils auraient été de meilleure qualité. C est une honte. Un torchon des morceaux de tissus qui forment un patchwork. J ai renvoyé les articles en Chine ce qui m a valu 27 euros de port et après 50 mails avec 10 interlocuteurs différents ils m ont remboursé deux articles sur 3. N achetez pas sur ce site. Ça vous coûtera plus cher que si vous achetiez un vêtement de qualité. Au total j ai perdu 50 euros pour zéro article...

DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!! Merchandise came extremely late and wasn’t nothing like pictures,quality extremely CHEAP, damaged, irregular size!!!! Their address isn’t legitimate. You can’t get a refund because there’s no way to contact them ...no customer service number etc!!! I’m going to push it further legally it’s not right and clearly I’m not the only complaint!

Save your sanity and money and sop somewhere else! I had to give up on an order they say was delivered but refuse to prove where it was delivered and asking for proof from post office it hasn't arrived, the post office says they can provide a proof they have no record off. The company refuses to accept and refused to resend or refund on that basis! I am getting the same robot customer service again and again and again, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

This review is for InInRubyClub...They don't even get one star. This company is horrible!!I I ordered 4 beautiful blouses way over $100 dollars and I have received 3 after like 4 months, the first one fit but was not close to the description, the 2nd one was beautiful but way too small!!!!! I ordered them the same size and it is just cut wrong. The 3rd one is cheap as hell, and I havent received the 4th at all!!!! Rip off company I used paypal and I have filed a claim. my order # is 248952005058 EF order placed on 5/5/2020

They dont even get a one on there rating. This is a scam do not buy from them. All emails bounce back no way of getting a refund, your just stuck.

I had 2 orders that were returned only not to receive a refund for either one. I have contacted the USPS and they informed me that they have been having a problem with the address on the package located in South San Fransisco. Their phone numbers on the invoice do not exist. I returned these items immediately upon receiving them. I feel that I am being scammed. I saw that they are actually located in China. I am not going to allow them to keep my money when these were returned to the San Fransisco address. I am not going to pay for items I do not have. I contacted the USPS and found out more details regarding your San Fransisco address. He told me he would supply me with a letter. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and any other on-line company for reviewing the experience I have had with this company.
