Quick Customer Service for a Return
I ordered toner for my HP Laser Jet M234 and it kept showing an Er 11 prompt. I tried the tips they recommended on their return page, but none worked. So I sent in the return form.
On the same day, they sent me an invoice showing they authorized a replacement it at no cost (without me having to return the bad one).
They shipped it from Ohio to Maryland that the same day, and I received it 3 days later. It works perfectly now!
The cartridge didn't fit my printer
The cartridge didn't fit my printer, and I had to pay for the return shipping. I spoke with Tracy about this issue. I recommend buying original cartridges to avoid return shipping costs, and also keep in mind that the delivery took more than two weeks.
This a bad business with poor customer…
This a bad business with poor customer service. I assumed that I was ordering a two-pack of HP toner cartiddges based on the high cost - higher than other online sellers: $112.97. As it turns out, the price twas for only ONE HP toner cartridge, which was far above other online retailers for the same item. I spent $20 in postage returni g the very overpriced item and then I was charged a $16+ "restocking fee" on top of it. So I completely wasted over $36, which would nearly have paid for an HP toner cartridge at another online retailer. The manager would not budge on the restocking fee, and his claim is that they charge what HP charges for the same tonger cartridge. So wny in the world would anyone purchse from this online seller and not directly from HP? Stay away.
Bad toner and bad customer service
I have bought this same toner in the past and it worked fine; however, this time I get random dots of toner in a line in the upper left corner one the first page of every print job. Any additional pages in the same print job are fine. I have been attempting to do an online chat with customer support for almost an hour now. It has stated that I am in "Queue position 1" for the entire time. I just wanted to get a replacement but now I am upset that their customer service is lacking and will no longer be buying any toner from this site. It is not worth saving a couple bucks if their product is defective and I have to jump through hoops to try to get a refund or replacement.

Their service is the best. Bought 2 replacments in January and did not use till today. Both where bad. Called them and they replaced them ASAP no questions and did not have to send the old ones back.
I have an old 24" HP Designjet 500 that…
I have an old 24" HP Designjet 500 that I bought in 2000. It's lightly used (given the age) but still works great. In recent years OEM ink cartridges had become difficult to find and eventually unavailable. After looking around, I settled on Ink Technologies (I.T.) cartridges. I'd had other small desktop printers fail from using other brands of aftermarket cartridges and feared the old 500 might be doomed to the same fate. HOWEVER, these cartridges have proven to be fantastic! Initially there were a couple that the printer wouldn't recognize but I.T. replaced those and I was up and running. They're mostly used on plain bond paper but they also work great on HP semi-gloss paper (as well as on some 20-year old high gloss paper the other day). Colors are excellent. No idea how fade-resistant this ink is but the OEM stuff always faded pretty fast anyway so that's not a concern for me. The only issues I have is sometimes the printer will indicate a cartridge is empty or missing (usually the black one) but I just pull it out and re-insert and the problem goes away. Unfortunately it will still indicate as new/full so I have to keep and eye on things when printing if I know a cartridge is getting low since a re-inserted cartridge will run out without warning. So far, no clogging issues of any type. Overall, couldn't be happier. And, these cost a fraction of what I was paying near the end for OEM cartridges a couple of years ago.
It may have been my fault, but I'll get it right next time.
Ordering was very easy although I did want to change my order from_2 to_4 cartridges, in order to get the included shipping and couldn't find how to change the order. The order came on time and we'll packaged. Ink Technologies seems to genuinely care that their product reaches the customer in good shape. I expect new cartridges to be shipped in heavy individual boxes but not refurbished cartridges, plus IT goes the extra step of putting the entire order in a corrugated shipping box. No envelopes or bubble wrap for IT.

I have made the mistake of ordering cartridges from this shoddy company twice, not in search of cheap pricing, but in search of cartridges for my super printer that HP no longer sells. IN BOTH CASES, the INKTECH cartridges were dismal failures. The first one printed bad, splotchy colors, and the second one just plain did not work in the printer - NO COLOR AT ALL. I filed a request for refund, which was granted, but these schlocks require me to pay for return shipping of a defective product. That is the LAST TIME I will even consider these boogers.
Lost Order Handled Horribly.
I ordered several toners and cartridges on 3/13/25, I am writing this on 4/17/25. We have never received our items. We have tracking but USPS seems to have lost the item. I reached out to customer service and they cannot issue me a refund or a replacement until the complete a claim with USPS and USPS approves the claim. The customers being penalized for something that wasn't our fault was crazy to me. Tracking clearly shows no movement from USPS for weeks. They also gave me a number to reach if i want updates on my case. They should be calling me, not me having to constantly check on when they complete their claim with USPS.
Great quality and cost savings for your HP CP2025
I needed replacement cartridges for my HP CP2025 - I was concerned about using non branded cartridges, but no issues - great results!
First rate replacement color toner cartridges
I have been using replacement toner cartridges from Ink Technologies for years in my OKI color laser printer and the results have been just as good as with OKI's replacement cartridges. The color is excellent and the cartridges last as long as claimed. Shipment of cartridges has been prompt and reliable.

Ordered 3X bottle sets for Epson ET-3850. West coast shipping in 3 days door to door, even with a snow storm or two along the way.
After about 300 colour/bw prints, quality is as good as expensive OEM ink, at about a 70% price reduction or more.

I ordered a black cartridge that arrived broken/non functioning. I spoke to a rep. and was told that I was out what I paid for it. There would be no refund or replacement for the item and Konica Minolta should refund me. I called Konica Minolta, they were unaware of any 3rd party sales. No refund or replacement from them either. I got online to fill out a return form on your website thinking there must have been a misunderstanding. I received a response stating there would be no refund or replacement. I called back requesting a supervisor, after 2 days and no call, I called back requesting a supervisor call me. That day a supervisor did call. A supervisor did call, she stated emphatically your company would NOT being doing anything to rectify the situation and that I should have read when ordering that you only warrantee certain items, but not the one I purchased. She then recommended I reach back out to Konica Minolta because your company was no longer involved in the situation. I was told that your company has to pay for the items you sell and your company doesn't "get them for free". What a double standard! I paid and you took payment for absolutely nothing. As it stands your company has literally robbed me of the money I paid for a piece of faulty equipment. I'll put it more bluntly, your company has literally STOLEN MONEY since I paid for something I fully expected to function and didn't and have now washed your hands of this situation. I was told specifically by the supervisor " I am so sorry this happened to YOU". If the founder(s) of this company rest easy with this, I find it repugnant at the very least. If I had received a functioning cartridge and somehow you didn't receive payment for it, I am ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE your company would relentlessly take action and insist that I render payment for what you sold me. I think how your company with a clear conscience can sell something and then not follow through with quality equipment and customer satisfaction is beyond unethical, dishonorable, immoral and disgusting. I have never been so outraged and taken advantage of by a company. Buying a printer cartridge should not have been so wrongfully rendered. I will never do business with this company again. I can't help but wonder how many others have been wronged and stuck with worthless equipment by your company just to be told "sorry, but we have to pay for it too" and basically suggest we call the people who DIDN'T sell it to you. In my efforts to find some kind of closure in this matter I spoke with 3 different people from this company, so I write this feeling pretty confident that it will also fall on deaf ears blind eyes unprofessional and unconscionable business ethics. All of that being said, I do still expect Ink Technologies to right this wrong with me because at this point I would not recommend Ink Technologies to anyone ever.

Their "compatible" toner crashed my computer
I ordered a toner that was supposed to be compatible with a Samsung SCX-4216D3. Received the toner and it didn't work in my printer. A very nice woman in their customer support department helped walk me through some steps and it still didn't work. So she had a second cartridge shipped to me. The second cartridge not only didn't work but crashed my computer. Blue screen of death! What we all love to see.

If I could give this company zero
If I could give this company zero, I would. The cartridges did not work in my printer and left black streaks. I had to pay almost $30 to return the cartridges and when I asked to be reimbursed, I was told I am responsible for the shipping. HORRIBLE customer service.
Great Company
We have been using Ink Technologies for over 10 years, probably closer to 20. There is never an issue with ordering or delivery. Their products are outstanding, never have an issue with any of the toner we use. I highly recommend Ink Technologies and have recommended them to colleagues
