I ordered an ink cartridge in late November for my Brother printer. It arrived in early December without a problem. However, when I needed it on a Saturday in early January, I discovered that the cartridge was defective insofar as it would not securely fit into the printer. I had to wait until Monday to reach customer service, and then a couple of days passed before I was told that a replacement would be sent. At first I was told to return the defective cartridge, but then I was told not to. I was treated as if replacing a defective product "at no additional cost" was a courtesy being paid to me rather than an ethical obligation of good business. I would have thought that they would have found some way to acknowledge that their sending me a defective product resulted in great inconvenience and disruption of my business, as well as my having (because I had an immediate need for the printer and their cartridge proved to be unreliable) to incur the expense of going to an office supply store to acquire at greater cost a non-defective cartridge.

EDITING THIS POST ON MAY 3, 2025. COMP AND SAVE NO LONGER HANDLES PANTUM PRINTERS AND I JUST READ THAT PANTUM PRINTERS HAVE A SHORT LIFE. BUMMER !
I am a retired guy almost 88 yrs old. I used COMP AND SAVE for a long time for my 2 Pantum printers. I made 100s of liberal bumper stickers and the Pantum's ink was waterprooof, but with the Trump administration, folks were afraid to put liberal bumper stickers on their cars so I quit. I started just using my HP Desktop printer for just general printing. Recently I wanted to print 8.5x11" posters to go to protests. So having forgotten COMPANDSAVE.COM, I bought a printer cartridge from Walmart but it lit the red light on my printer and would not print! PERIOD! I just dropped it off with a Walmart furished return FedEx label. I looked thru some old papers and found my COMP & SAVE paperwork. I'll call them Monday when they reopen. Can't wait. Maybe an inexpensive bottle of ink will do....like old times!

I bought a complete color toner set and learned the hard way not to buy cheap knock-offs like this. They don't work in my Canon Imageclass printer. I'm going to toss them all into the garbage and go back to my even older Canon, a black and white only printer. I have a lifetimes worth of black toner for that in the attic. Don't waste money on these guys.

The quality of Canon toner cartridge I bought were bad. First the magenta leaked within the seal bag, and the replacement magenta toner still leaked in a controlled way that displays random lines and dots on the print out. Black toner can only prints light gray after 2 weeks of installation. Yellow and cyan fares better with random occasionaly color issue, especially if left with no printing for a few days. Customer service and response is OK, but was never offer to replace the entire package, only piece meals. I was so annoyed that I bought another set from different vendor, and they all worked fine. This is the only time they can make money from me.

CompAndSave.com sold me a set of aftermarket Brother LC401 ink cartridges. They were not recognized by the printer at all rendering it useless. They did allow me to return the cartridges but would not refund the shipping charges. DO NOT BUY FROM CompAndSave.com.

This my first time ordering from your company, and it won't be my last because of outstanding customer service from Arianne. Before I placed my order, I called a major, well-known company and when I asked them which ink cartridges are compatible with my printer, they asked me to Google it because they would have to do the same. When I provided Arianne the model number, she not only looked it up she provided me the number and quantity options. She also took the time to educate me on the difference between toner and ink-based printers. Then, when it came to taking my order, she was clear with her instructions and slowly repeated everything to ensure that everything was accurate. I understand that the next time I order it will probably be another representative, but you have a customer for life because she was so kind, professional and helpful. Thank you.

Bought one of their remanufactured black cartridges for my Epson printer. Next day after installing it I discovered it had leaked all over the printer. Contacted their customer service who simply directed me to their useless troubleshooting website. Wouldn't even refund my purchase. Now it looks like I need to buy a new printer.

TERRIBLE…. Ordered 2 toner cartridges…. Paid.

Then they tell me they are out of stock.

Loser company. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They sent the wrong cartridges. After multiple Interactions with customer service, they eventually agreed to take the return without taking a restocking fee. However, when I returned them paying $14 for shipping, they took over $10 for some fee! Now, I am out $24 and have nothing to show for it!

I took a chance on ordering from CompAndSave and have had no regrets! Looking back to the expensive name brand companies will not happen. The quality and value of CompAndSave ink cartridges is great! I have had no issues with it fitting my printer nor quality in printing. I just ordered my mom some for her printer and she has also been pleasantly pleased with her CompAndSave ink cartridges. For quality at a bargain price with no hassles, CompAndSave should be your only stop for ink cartridges. I can't recommend this stellar company highly enough!
