Easy to book MOT at the Milton Keynes In'n'Out Autocentre, with professional friendly service, and sorted out an issue with the car there and then, which was excellent service by Steve and the Team.

Just had my MOT and full service. I always use In and Out as I trust them and feel safe and well looked after. Easy booking. Everything explained to me. Great staff and even a coffee while I wait. Very professional

Noticed a bulge in my tyre. Took it straight to In n Out. Tyre ordered, phoned me the next morning and straight back. Mechanic waiting for my keys and jobs a good n. Also helpful as I have tyre insurance so completed the necessary details on my receipt for my claim. Top class ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I arrived 20 minutes early, I booked my car in and it was inside on the ramps after just 5 minutes after arrival.
I sat inside the waiting area that was with a radio a number of chairs and tables, I made myself a drink these are free for the customers.
The waiting area has a number of windows to look outside as well as looking into the workshop so you can see your vehicle being worked on.
The MOT bay also had camera around it so you can watch this on the screen provided.
All staff seemed happy in there work and made you feel welcome.

Booked here for my MOT literally does what it says on the tin. I was in at 10.15am and out by 10.45am. Great customer service and so efficient would definitely recommend.

Last year we had a minor car accident (car ran into the side of us) and we were travelling to the lakes so we called IN n OUT and they very kindly fit us in the same day to check the car for us! Based off this we have since taken both cars in for full MOT and service and the staff are extremely friendly and professional and the prices are fair. We drop our cars, go next door and have a lovely breakfast and the cars are ready! What more could you as for. I highly recommend this garage

Avoid everyone!! The worst experience in my life!!! Went to swap my front tyres on my Lexus GS450H, which were purchased through Asda Tires and chose this garage for fitting located in Warrington . I was booked in for 16:30, and they had said there would be a little bit of a delay because they were busy. That’s understandable and not a problem at all. But after they took my car inside, the nightmare started!! First thing, they started to lift the car up on the post lift using just two front arms to lift just the front of the car. And I wouldn’t be there watching and shouted out loud to stop because the arms were catching the side skirts/plastic sill covers. Both sides would be damaged/broken and pushed inside. So he dropped the car down and adjusted the height of the lifting pads on the arms. Can’t even imagine what would happen to the car if I had been there. But ok mistakes happen. BUT THEN - after taking the wheel off, the guy had no idea what he was doing. He couldn’t take the old tyre off the first wheel for about 15 minutes. After finally getting the tyre off, he went to get my new tyres and straight away was trying to fix it on the rim without checking the correct side of the tyre. Basically, the writing which was saying inside was going to be outside. Wrong direction then it should be. I had to tell him that this was wrong and showed him the correct direction and side of the tyre. But this is not all. The edges of the rims were all in old rubber, and if they are not cleaned out before new tyres are installed, they might slowly leak. I had the problem before on other cars and had to go back and get the tyres off and clean the rim edges and reinstall them. Anyway, I just asked him nicely if he could clean the rim before to avoid me coming back. So he said yes and then just cleaned one side of the rim with the wire brush and asked me if he should do the other side as well. What a joke!!! THEN - he started to fit the new tyre, and he couldn’t get the tyre onto the rim. He got the first side and then another 15 minutes he was struggling to get the outside of the tyre on the rim. He was pulling and pushing the tyre with the machine in every direction. Using so much force that it nearly ripped the tyre in half. I could hear the wires inside the tyre making snapping/cracking noises. And this is my biggest concern because so far I can’t see any bubbles on the side of the tyre, but what I have seen there’s a big chance that something possibly could get damaged because of what he was doing. At this point, I just wanted to leave the garage without any further work of changing the other side. So I went for a walk around the building to cool down. When I came back, he was finishing balancing the first wheel and putting it on the car. In the meantime, I was asked to go to the waiting area by the other guy and not watch from outside ( behind the door) what they were doing. The first tyre swap took him about 45 minutes. Then he started the other side, I just couldn’t watch him again , see him doing something simple and having no idea how. Till he brought the other side back to the car and went lifting the wheel onto the axle, the WEIGHTS from wheel balancing which he just did fell off next to his foot, which I have seen and told him that they just fell out and he said DON’T WORRY It’s OK and just ignore it and said it’s not that important anyway. At that point, I just had enough. And wanted to go ASAP. So he pulled the car outside and passed me the keys. When I was dropping the keys, I asked for 2.5 bar in the tyres when left one was 2.9 and the other 2.7 bars. Took the car on the motorway to check the balance,etc . And the front is shaking, vibrating like I would have square tyres. Don’t know what happened but I will go first thing tomorrow to rebalance them somewhere else and see if that helps . Definitely not going back to them again ever again!!! And it’s not like I used cheap tyres. I went with Yokohama’s which are premium tyres and not super low profile or size - 235/45/19. The best experience ever in my life!!
One more thing, when waiting for my turn, the guy was changing bulbs in the tailgate/taillight on a BMW for 30 minutes. Smashing, punching, hitting with a screwdriver at the whole light, which every time he was closing the tailgate was falling off. I could hear the brackets cracking, and at the end he screwed it with some kind of metal screw from inside to stay the light attached!

Roy at the wednesbury branch was amazing and really knowledgeable. It’s always difficult for females to trust when it comes to cars but he made the whole experience really relaxing and for this reason I would use them again.
