Outstanding Inogen support staff! Easy to use!! Great battery life

Worked great while I needed help with my oxygen levels. Now I had some heart work done and no longer need the machine. Can I return it for some credit? A purchased it in April of this year and had heart work done it summer. My oxygen levels now stay at 98%

I obtained the Inogen One via insurance because I was impressed by the TV ad. And found the product is not as advertised. One, the battery does not last any longer than two hours (Not six), and it will not recharge while in use. Once the battery overheated. The battery was replaced, and it has the same problem.
The in-home machine has also been replaced because it stopped producing oxygen and emitted a white substance. The replacement machine. The alarm on it is currently sounding. Customer service provides the worst service ever. I've been forced to argue with the representatives to convince them that I need another machine due to a malfunction. One said the machine is working even though the alarm is sounding. and refused to send another machine at first.
The equipment is faulty and worthless. The company, in my opinion, is even worse.

I love the machine but hate the long nose attachments. Need much shorter ones11/10/24

INOGEN has been a life changer! My 46 year old brother was diagnosed with brain cancer in April 2025 and after radiation and chemo via IV, his lungs suffered side effects. He’s on 3-4L of oxygen and INOGEN was the best decision we made in his care and treatment. Instead of hauling oxygen tanks that lasted two hours each at most, plus a walker or wheelchair, it was a lot on even my body. I called INOGEN and was helped by a very helpful agent who explained in detail how INOGEN would benefit his quality of life. We decided to purchase a higher package due to my brother’s young lifestyle and don’t regret it one bit! The car charger and portable chargers come in handy I’ve never had to use the spare battery we purchased. The convenience of him carrying his own small oxygen bag has been smooth and easy for going out in public and living life. Please do your research and what’s best for your quality of life.

I’m adjusting to my new life with the Inogen.
I’m getting a chance to do more with our getting out of breath.

The customer service was great. They were able to get me the right machine. They were also great in helping with shipping. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service from anyone.

If I had it to do over I would’ve gotten a different one. I hate that it has to connect to my phone and doesn’t stay connected. Don’t need it to be connected to my phone and no one will help. I have tried to call many times and do not get anyone. Not happy.

The worst customer care experience I've ever had. Trying to get through to customer care takes on average 34 minutes, and after all that, they ship the wrong items and you go through the same aggrevation again.

Not impressed .... this Rove 6 is clunky, noisy and would not call it portable. Yes, oxygen delivery is very good, I am completely disappointed in total product.

It has helped me to be able to get on with my life. I have batteries to last up to 9hrs. So I can do the things I was able to do before oxygen.

The lady we worked with was really polite and understanding, she walked us through the whole process.
The only thing that worries me is, the battery is so expensive, we would like to get a back up battery but, we just can't afford it at this time.

It is really comforting to have oxygen when I need it at home. Everyone is very nice and accommodating and pleasant.

The home unit is great. The battery on the portable unit isn’t sufficient to get through a drs appt. It would be nice if they sent 2 batteries with the unit. When I inquired about a 2nd battery I was told the cost would be $400!!!!

Inogen provides a product that gives me the freedom to leave the house comfortably.

Am able to have my oxygen with me at all times because portable is small enough for me to carry such a blessing

On my Rove 6 everything was working fine but a wire mesh look area shows up on the display screen making it hard to view or read. On calling customer service everything was prompt and handled with a new replacement excluding batteries. The new machiine works well but a wire mesh area also showed up on this machine. Since it is working fine I just dismissed it .

This Rove 6 is a very well designed little workhorse. We have flown to Hawaii with it twice and used it exclusively for a month each time with absolutely no issues. The batteries don't last quite as long as stated and it makes a bit too much noise for attending the symphony, but is fine for restaurants and musicals. The customer service phone answers promptly and are knowledgeable. We are grateful to have it.
