It has allowed me to be out and about more- the only regret I have is that I should have purchased one with 5 settings instead of 3.. I am very pleased.

It's so easy to use and very convenient

I bought one of your inogen a couple years ago I bought every acc. Plus 2 extra batteries.it worked good for a couple years then it displayed an error I called and they sent me a new one. Within a short time it displayed the same error as the first one.i called this time I was told I didn't buy a warranty so it was going to cost me almost $1400.00. so I bought another brand and it is working good. I will never recommend
or buy anything inogen. Ps.i was never told I needed to buy a warranty on the second one . You thank me for the review but not a word about sorry for the inconvenience you created.i lost all faith and respect for your company!!!

My "portable" inogen is too heavy for me to use; I don't know what it weighs. However, I'm 83 years old and weigh 100 lbs; I also have torn both my shoulders' rotater cuffs and have other health problems.

83 year old mother in assisted living has been without her machine for over 6 days. They came and picked up her old one for repair but left her with one with no battery nor charger. Still can't get a hold of anybody. I will not recommend this product at all! everything says just to call them and like everyone else says, you are stuck on hold for over half an hour and then you get disconnected. Find another brand

The poc gave me the freedom to drive again. The first unit was defective, but Inogen took action and the unit was replaced immediately. I am 100% satisfied with my poc .I would buy it again.

I told the girl that these canulas would not fit, but she assured me they would. Nope. Would not fit. In trying to make it fit, I was afraid that I was going to break it. Thank goodness for wonderful neighbors. My medical neighbor came over and with his medical knowledge he was able to change it, but it is a temporary fix. It is not his job, but he is going to make some contacts and get a proper fit. Okay. Canula is connected. I put it on and the oxygen is flowing freely. I could tell the biggest difference. It has been less than 24 hours, and this canula is kinked up worse than the old canula I had been using forever. So that was a waste of money, but I ordered 10 from Walmart for $12.99 and free shipping. They work great. I will never do business with any company who cannot provide service. To me, over the phone service is NO service, and that is exactly what I got--NO SERVICE! I paid $4,500 for respiratory equipment, and for that amount of money I expect some real service. I have more than enough health problems and do not need to be bothered with all of this. I received an email from Inogen telling me to call Customer Service at this number so they could make things right, and that girl was so incompetent I had to read her the reply. She said it was an update and to not pay it attention. So once again, no help from Inogen.

I had purchased an Inogen 5G about three months ago. And also purchased a double capacity battery. This is so much better & lighter than carrying tanks. I was told the pulse concentrators would not keep up with my oxygen need. After talking to the representative I truly believed it would.
And it does keep up beautifully. Always within my safe range. Whether I go to church, grocery store, visiting with family and friends I'm so much more comfortable with the Inogen 5G. I use the larger capacity to go visit. it also comes with the 2 charging cords 1 for my vehicle the other inside the house. When you're out of oxygen with the tanks you're out of oxygen. When you're out of oxygen with the Inogen you just plug it in to an electric outlet or the car cigarette lighter. And if you don't have one you can have one installed for a very little money. Now I can go anywhere I wish for a lot longer. I thank the Lord God Almighty for these people &

Still getting used to it. Handy to take with.

Battery is not powerful enough for the last more than a hour without charging the unit itself.It's too heavy to carry a work with

My new Inogen Rov 6 is the best I've ever used. The 6L level has helped me a lot when I get low. Plus I love the extended battery. It's lasts the whole day when I'm ushering different sports events.

The products did not make oxygen for 13 hours even I was getting maybe four to six then it crapped out completely I was too busy to call you however I did speak to a person and told them it was broken and never heard back from indigen it was very expensive so I would have expected somebody to call me and give me the process to return the product and have my money sent back or get me a new product but that didn't happen

I love my inogen. It makes me feel free. When I'm in the yard or a store. Not dragging a hose around is very nice.
