Lentoni oli myöhässä, eikä lentoyhtiö auttanut minua ollenkaan! En saanut hyvitystä vaikka valitin suoraan lentoyhtiölle. Laitoin hakemuksen Inspectolle, vaikken uskonut saavani rahaa. Merhaba, Pegasus Havayolları'nın 20 Şubat 2019 tarihli Stuttgart - İstanbul seferi dört saatin üzerinde gecikti. Bunun üzerine inspecto team'e internet üzerinden başvuru yaparak tazminat talebimde kolaylaştırıcılık yapmalarını talep ettim. Arkadaşlar bu başvurumu değerlendirdiler ve talebimle ilgili gelişmeleri tarafıma sık sık bildirdiler. Nihayetinde kısa sürede Pegasus Havayolları'na 400 euro tutarında bir tazminat ödettiler. Bu tazminatın yüzde 75'i olan 300 euro tutarındaki parayı banka hesabıma gönderdiler. İnspecto'nun bu faaliyetinin sadece tazminat açısından değil, uçuşlarda son derece keyfi davranan havayolu şirketlerini terbiye etmek bakımından da önemli buluyorum. Tebrikler İnspecto team.
