My item didn't turn up so I contacted their customer services who repeatedly told me that their tracking said it had been delivered. Then they told me the tracking number was wrong. When I looked at the tracking it showed that it had not been delivered but had been returned to sender. I was then offered the option to pay more for a replacement so that they aren't out of pocket! So they are fully aware that I haven't received my parcel but when I asked for a refund they've now told me I can have it minus the cost of the product and loss of shipping!! Complete scam!!

Ordered 16 solar wall lights. I could track them and they arrived. Only neg is they are half the size of the ones advertised ! 🤣

Please don’t use this company, they offer money back but they offered me £3 compensation for something that doesn’t work. Total scam

Product arrived! They charged me more than what they were supposed to, i thought it’s a scam and that my product wouldn’t arrive. I cannot upload any photos to provide evidence

Despite my dire misgivings and conviction this is a scam site, my order arrived within 3 weeks and I was kept informed of its tracking throughout. An unexpected surprise. Really pleased

Alarm bells rang when they took £15 when the invoice sent stated £12.62. I immediately started searching for reviews and Trustpilot indi dated several similar outcomes. I have alerted PayPal and wait to see how that turns out!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered something and when the order details arrived the price had increased. Contacted them to cancel order but no response. Logged in to PayPal and it was down as split payments so the price would increase again. Managed to get a refund from PayPal. AVOID this company!

Terrible , scammers I believe, tracking wont update & emails just get answered with please follow link to tracking , not impressed, was Christmas present but obviously too late now 24/12/25

I also ordered a leather purse/wallet from this company over 4 weeks ago.I also have had endless emails telling me it's in transit. After reading the reviews I had given up hope of ever receiving it, but it has just been delivered Have to say the purse is very nice and I am pleased with it.

Please do not use this site. I’ve asked for a returns label to return the product and at first I was going to replace for a bigger size but they’ve been very unhelpful so I’ve asked for a refund and they will not refund the full amount

I ordered a leather purse/wallet from this company almost a month ago. I have had endless emails telling me it's in transit and an hour ago I had another one saying it's at USA customs which is weird as it's just been delivered to me!! After reading the reviews I had given up hope of ever receiving it. Have to say the purse is gorgeous and I am VERY pleased with it.

This appears to be a scam company. Item never arrives. I've now been waiting for nearly 6 weeks - the tracking never updates.

They take your money and don't send the goods and when you query it they either deny you bought from from them or say they can resend at cost to you!!!

Ordered from a Facebook ad, item came to £11.99, shipping took it to £17.49, however they charged charged my credit card £20.99. Haven’t recieved the item either.
