Hello Jasmina,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify what may have happened.
Your order included digital PDF products, which are automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout immediately after purchase. In some cases, these emails can end up in the spam or promotions folder, or there may be a typo in the email address entered during checkout.
We always respond to customer inquiries and are happy to help if something didn’t arrive as expected. We kindly ask you to contact us again at info@inspireashop.com, so we can resend the files right away and make sure you receive your purchase.
We appreciate the opportunity to resolve this for you.

Inspirea shop SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
SCAMMERS!!!
Do not fall for this website that sells workbooks for kids. It is a scam!!! I clicked buy on three workbooks plus a pen set with discount promotion to add to the cart. As I was filling up the credit card info/shipping address and clicked review, it automatically went to purchase without showing the cost of VAT, PDV and shipping. My screen showed purchased with a €398.75 Shipping + €82.65 PDV. Who the hell in the right state of mind would pay for that shipping cost of €398.75 + €82.65 PDV for a €44.88 order?
I sent an email for my order to be cancelled and called the bank and reported it to the police. This company never responded!
These people need to be caught and prosecuted!!!

Resposta da InspireaShop
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the frustration this situation caused and understand how alarming the displayed shipping cost must have been.
At the time of your purchase, we experienced a technical error in our checkout system, which incorrectly displayed an extremely high shipping fee. This issue was identified and fully resolved within one hour of the order being placed. We immediately contacted you by email, clarified the situation, and ensured the order was handled correctly.
We can confirm that the package was successfully delivered and received, and we were in direct communication with you during the resolution process.
We regret that this review reflects the moment before the issue was resolved, as this does not represent the final outcome or the level of service we strive to provide. We take full responsibility for the technical error and have since implemented measures to prevent this from happening again.
If you would like to discuss this further or have any remaining concerns, we kindly invite you to contact us directly at info@inspireashop.com. We are always happy to help.
Kind regards,
InspireaShop Team
