We moved from Cranbourne melb to moama NSW we were quoted just under $5000 ended up paying just over $10000 we were told one X-Large truck which Brock down be for it left there yards started to worry then 2 smaller trucks send not much care in taking care with our things then we’re told they would have to send another truck next day as they couldn’t fit it all in when they finally got to Moama unloaded our things they left at 12.45 am and we had a mess to deal with next day the 3rd truck arrives about 3.30 pm unloaded and gone by 6.00pm then to sort through our things to find certain things including my sewing machine left behind any one booking this company think again they were a nightmare never again.

Today’s move was a great experience due to Camilo and Jhons amazing team work. They couldn’t do more than enough to accommodate everything I needed to happen. Yes, punctual and communication was excellent. Downsizing from a four bedroom house to a two bedroom unit. Nothing was an issue and anything extra I thought of at the time they were so happy to accommodate me with. Not only were they friendly, knowledgeable and efficient but extremely respectful with lovely manners! Much appreciated and a big thanks to both of you & Instamove. So very happy to recommend you to anyone. Cheers, Jo

Julien and Hevert were amazing! Clear communication, punctual and very efficient at emptying out my storage unit. They moved my items with great care, and made sure everything was secure in their truck. Both were lovely to chat to, and I really appreciated their suggestions for when I need to next move. Highly recommend their services!

Had such a positive experience with my move today. Santiago and Matti were efficient, quick, and very careful with my furniture. No damage! And they installed my appliances on drop-off, even went so far as to help drill a hole for a water pipe to fit through.
Really pleased with the experience from InstaMove today. Highly recommend. I’ll use them again!

Instamove were personable and capable. Everything was delivered without breakage and with care. Would happily use Instamove again.

They did a very good job. Very proffesional and perfect time keeping. I will highly recommend thier service.

Usuga and Marlon were fantastic. Arrived on time, and powered through the move always polite and helpful.

Will definitely use Instamove again. The whole process was super simple from booking to payment.

Thanks Usuga and Marlon!

Matti and Santiago moved my belongings from a4 level townhouse into a storage locker. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly for the day without complaint and taking care of my items

Was moved yesterday by Pedro Luan and Juan. I can not thank them enough. With last minute changes from other customers these two stepped up and helped out so much even in the ridiculous 40 degrees temperature. They were both very polite and were always seen to be moving as fast as possible but with still taking care of my house and furniture.

Very polite and helpful. Moved fast as well. Very happy with the service

Efficient, calm and careful transport.

They were very polite and fast at their jobs. I called them on Friday and they came on Sunday, so great communication there (especially since we needed to pickup boxes from two different places). The two employees were so lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I had a small to medium move. The move was long distance. Boris and Daniel were friendly, more than professional and worked very hard to make this part of my moving process, so smooth. All communication with the company was easy. I highly recommend Instamove.

Sebastian and Miguel Did a fantastic job with our move today! They were right on time, very accommodating and helpful getting things in the right place and worked bloody hard! The quote was very accurate and was slightly over the estimate only because we underestimated the amount we had to move!

Greatly appreciate their help and would definitely recommend!

Super great guys, everything went better than expected, would definitely recommend

Thanks so much David and Juan for your assistance with moving today. You were wonderfully accommodating, extremely efficient and always smiling. I would highly recommend Instamove as this is the second time I have used their services. Nothing is too much trouble for David and Juan and their smiling faces seem to disapate all the stress involved with moving. Thanks so much.

Bruno and Lucas were really excellent. Friendly, accommodating and they went beyond expectations when it came to reassembling my furniture in my new home. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I highly recommend.

Oscar and Sebastian were fantastic! They were friendly, helpful and efficient. Overall my experience with Instamove has been great. I also used their utilities connection service and everything connected seamlessly. Will use again!

David and William were punctual efficient and very helpful. They did the job in the quoted time which included disassembling and assembling the bed. Definitely recommend.
