I ordered quite a few bottles of instant hydration. The one that is for digestion does have a flavor, but it is not horrible. I can definitely tell a difference when I do not put these in my drinks. I am definitely a repeat customer.

Absolutely delicious! I love the watermelon and the lemon lime flavors the best. I feel hydrated and refreshed after drinking these electrolytes!

Not good at all. Flavor is way more salty than most electrolyte drink out there, and the flavors are pretty foul.

The worst part is the shadiness from this company! They had a deal on two boxes (without subscription) and I got them for my family to try out, I figured, “well, we will drink them for sure between all of us”. We did NOT the flavor was so bad. Fast forward a few months I get a notification that my card was charged and I had been signed up for a subscription. No where during purchasing did I select a subscription or agree upon on. Their return policy is absolutely ridiculous and absurd, probably because they know they’re scamming people.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPLANY.

I was able to get exchange a flavor. I like this product and need to be more consistent. I like that I am a member but have flexibility to change the date of my next shipment. But I have to set an alarm reminder.

Im 53 and in my 6th year of menopause. I stared using at the beginning of April. Your product have help me more than anything ever. I use 2 a day. My leg cramps have stopped, hip pain has reduced significantly, night sweats have calmed down, and my energy level is back up. Who knew a hydration product could have some many good outcomes for many different symptoms. Menopause has kicked my butt for years, but now I feel like I am back in control. I would definitely recommend this to anyone going through the same as me. Thank you.

Great customer service! I had made an error on my account and was frantic that I couldn’t contact anyone. Immediately, someone replied to my email and corrected it immediately. If an online company has great customer service like that, I will be buying from them again and have no worries taking out a subscription. It also happens to be a fantastic product!

I was so tired and not myself until I started adding Instant Hydration to my water! Even though I was a good water drinker before I was missing the electrolytes & minerals that Instant Hydration provides.

Had flavors I wanted

it works, I am not thirsty all day like before using the cheaper brands of hydration products. it tastes good. yes you habe to get used to the salty taste but it does not bother me any more. and best of all I got my husband to drink it too.

Love the variety pack. Give you achance to see what flavors I like.

The cherry limeade is good but I did not get my free samples.

Excellent source of hydration and mineral source. Potassium daily intake is critical for me to help hinder migraine episodes. I’m sure the other minerals help but my migraine Dr told me to continue taking it since it seemed to be helping me. Thank God for my daughter whoz a NP in Cardiology and started me on it.
