Have tried several hydration products. Yours are by far the best. They taste great. Also love the variety of flavors. Love having a subscription.

The cherry limeade is good but I did not get my free samples.

Excellent source of hydration and mineral source. Potassium daily intake is critical for me to help hinder migraine episodes. I’m sure the other minerals help but my migraine Dr told me to continue taking it since it seemed to be helping me. Thank God for my daughter whoz a NP in Cardiology and started me on it.

Every few months I restock my flavors of Instant Hydration and try any new flavors that are out. This last time I ordered the Strawberry Lemonade which I love and tried the New Peach Pineapple another great flavor. LOVE 99% of the flavors I have tried.

I bought 4 flavors, my two FAVORITES are watermelon & raspberry. They are very salty, but also very flavorful. I will purchase again.

The Blue raspberry & Cherry flavors weren’t as good as expected and while I’m sure it’s good for hydration the salt flavor is great either.

There is still a little bit of an after taste for me, but it’s ok. The drink is clear, tasty and refreshing.

Hi! I like the personalized flavors like the Cherry Limeade which is not a flavor I generally like but my husband does. To my surprise it is a perfect blend of the two flavors and very smooth! I love the strawberry lemon as well. I like that it uses the grey salt and that it gives me energy without a sugar high since it is sugar free!!

Great flavor, effective hydration, no weird after taste

I absolutely love these packs, I feel so hydrated! My whole family loves them! P.O.G and Strawberry Lemonade are our favorites!Recommend!

I just like the products I feel so much better drinking them and I get less headaches and I sleep better definitely in my daily routine

I add 1 pack to 64-87 oz of water and it’s just the right amount of flavor! And the flavors are amazing.
I did have to skip the next shipment because I still have more than enough for awhile
But I will definitely order again as this is the one thing that has made me drink more water daily!

Shipping is great. I missed the deadline to switch my subscription to a different flavor which wasn’t ideal so I’ll have to postpone and postpone for a while but all good. Love the Lemon Lime. Hadn’t tried it.

OMG DONOT order from these people! What an absolute nightmare! I ordered from them, they subscribed me without permission, then kept sending me boxes of product I did not want, charging me for them. They resisted my efforts to return their crappy products after realizing I was allergic to ingredients. I returned TWO shipments, and have to this day not recieved a cent in refunds. They are a scam, in my opinion. I disputed the charges, but the process is long and still donot have my money back after more than 6 months. BEWARE, they are extremely unhelpful with returns, and make you pay, and donot acknowledge the return. Be sure you trace the return if you are unlucky enough to have to deal with them. I wish I had NEVER heard of that nightmare company.

I’m genuinely impressed with this electrolyte brand. It gives me such a noticeable boost in energy and hydration, and the flavors are consistently refreshing without being overly sweet. I love knowing I’m putting clean ingredients into my body while still enjoying something that feels like a treat. It has easily become part of my everyday routine.

This is by far the most elite electrolyte brand I have ever tasted! Not only do I feel amazing after drinking it, the taste of every flavor is delicious. I have yet to try one I don’t like. Hard to believe that all the ingredients are clean and actually good for you. I look forward to my daily treat and taking care of my body at the same time. Thank God for Instant Hydration!
