Been lovin’ all the flavors from Instant Hydration so far, but Lychee has definitely been my favorite! I see comments about how it can taste too strong or too salty, but I typically add more water to my electrolyte packets anyhow. It goes a long way!

I am so glad I found Instant Hydration! Love the variety of flavors and all taste great. Order arrived quickly with exactly what I ordered. Saving money bc I only need one whereas I used to need 2-3 at a time with other products.

I wanted to change my monthly subscription flavor 2xs in the past 3 months. Both times I reached out by email and both times I was assisted in making the change. Now I have clearer direction in how to make the change myself within the product site. My only real complaint is that My OG subscription was for Raspberry, and while I enjoy it I don't think I could drink it every month- for a year! That's why I change it monthly.
It would be great if there was a way I could automatically pick my flavors for Each Month ahead of time so they would automatically arrive without me manually changing it before my next order.
Also, if the variety box had More than 12 sticks. More practical would be a months supply variety box. As long as it's priced the same as a month if a single flavor- I'd buy that Every Month!
You don't eat 1/same food every day for a month, do you? (Maybe you do, I don't).
Overall, my experience has been good. I like the products, use them nearly every day. More variety would get 5 stars from me.

Instant Hydration has completely changed my routine. The flavors are actually GOOD (not overly sweet or salty), and I genuinely feel a difference in my energy and hydration levels. It mixes easily, travels well, and has become a daily staple for workouts, travel, and long days. Highly recommend.

So far I’ve been really impressed by Instant Hydration. The best tasting electrolyte powder I’ve had. Easily was able to adjust my order as I figured out the flavors I liked.

Easily changed date on subscription order after checking!

I love Instant Hydration - no, not all electrolytes are the same! The flavors are so good - my favorites being Passionfruit Orange Guava, Lychee, and Watermelon. I learned that if it tastes salty, it's actually because you're dehydrated. Once you keep yourself hydrated, it doesn't taste salty - you can always add more water too. I am on the subscription program and it's so easy to add or swap flavors or change my delivery date especially for when I'm traveling.

I really enjoy this product. I drink one every morning and it helps me all day long.

The taste is very satisfying and enjoyable. I don't get tired of it really. Keep 'em coming!

The small packets make it very easy to bring three or four to a full day of work I start at 4 am and finish around 6 pm so drinking these are a blessing

Love the raspberry flavor, but it’s a little salty.

I’m a Huge fan of Instant Hydration!
It’s been over 6 months, and I drink it everyday! Love the flavors!
My favorite is Cherry Lime in 24 oz of water! Mango/Pineapple in 16 oz of water! Pomelos taste like a refreshing grapefruit in 16 oz of water!
Watermelon and Raspberry in 24 oz of water! Why the water ratio, you may ask! Ex. In the beginning I tried the Cherry Lime in 16 oz of water, and I did not like it! One day I grabbed the Cherry Lime thinking it was Raspberry! Put it in 24 oz of water, and Wow! It is my Favorite! The Mango Pineapple works best for me in 16 oz!
24 oz makes the flavor taste weak, but in 16 oz is great!
This is my system and it works for me!
If I didn’t experiment with the water ratio, I would have missed out on my favorite Instant Hydration flavors!
