Spoke with Steven.
Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Products are fantastic and the service is great.

I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Highly recommend.

Fast and reliable delivery, would order from here again

Great service and best prices I could find locally or online. Needed to delay delivery as I wanted to be present when the delivery arrived - not a problem for IM and worked out perfectly. Based on this experience I have no hesitation in recommending insulation Merchant.

Michael was extremely helpful throughout from quote to order and delivery. Just what we were after at a competitive price. Highly recommended...

Superb prices and great service. Delivery even faster than promised. Very helpful delivery driver even helped with the unloading and storage of the 50 rolls of insulation. A good experience. Highly recommend this firm.

Excellent product backed up by extremely courteous and professional phone conversations. Thank you

Very quick delivery great price and everything came as expected highly rate thank you

Buying a 'green' product ( two tubes of specialist adhesive) - both robust plastic. Came inside a large cardboard box covered in wrapping tape. Multiple large plastic pillows inside; then large quantity of bubble wrap around two cartridges and then all trussed up in many meters of cling film.
Dealing with unnecessary plastic and waste in the industry starts with YOU - please do better

I am very happy with the service from this company and will most likely use them in the future

Delivery was quick as promised and best price available online, great service

Super quick delivery. Good price. Good product for my project.

Web site says most deliveries in 1-2 days. My order from Wed 12th June was finally delivered today 20th June - 8 days. I had to contact the company 3 times to find out why there was a delay - I shouldn't need to do that - good customer service would see them contacting me! I also had trouble with the web site as it wouldn't take a card payment - no problem with my VISA card and I eventually managed using a link sent by email. When the delivery arrived today all was in order and the driver was helpful.

next day delivery was committed to but did not happen, other wise decent service

Very quick delivery just a couple of days. Well packaged. Many thanks

The people at this company are helpful and are able to be flexible regarding delivery dates. Great range of products.

Excellent service, sales guy knew his stuff and prompt delivery.

Good price, fast delivery, helpful driver

Insulation Merchant had the tape product I required in stock and delivered it quickly.
All you could want from a supplier 👍
