Not as cheap as you would think
It is supposed to be considered "cheaper" but all the quotes I recieved were way more than when I privately called the companies, don't waste your time.

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable representatives
The people with whom I spoke were all very friendly and helpful. The broker was knowledgeable and provided all the detail I required. I had a very short wait time when being transferred and when additional information was needed. Unfortunately, the quote I received was well above the renewal quote from my existing provider.

It didn't start it well
It didn't start it well. The system couldn't provide me a quote but Insurance hotline staff stepped in and was able to connect me to an insurance agent who gave me quote for automobile and home insurance. But infortunately those quotes are more expensive than what I get from current provider.

Fast, friendly and efficient
The experience was fast and efficient lasting probably about 10 minutes. The two leading quotes were from companies I knew and had used before so decision making was easy.

The online process to get the quote was much better and shorter than 2 years ago. As soon as I got the online quote I got a call from InsuranceHotline to provide more information and help with the purchase process. The lady on the phone was very knowledgeable and polite.
