After being told I had cancer I was worried about what the cost of travel insurance would be. We had already cancelled 2 holidays and lost money so it put us off booking another holiday. After speaking to insurewith and a call from the underwriters I received a quote which was reasonable enough to book another trip away. The customer service was very efficient and dealt with my policy very quickly to put my mind at ease. Thankyou.

I have always given 5 star reviews for Insurancewith before. They were amazing when my husband was terminally ill, and also the year after his death when I was able to purchase an annual policy for around £450
This time around it was so different, because I had to add a few minor things that give me no medical issues at all.
I paid well over £400 for a week in Croatia, and have just paid £1007 for 7 days in Mauritius! I had to have Insurance, of course, and had no time to shop around....but these rates are putting holidays on a back burner for me now, sadly

Online access is easy to use better value than most companies

My wife was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year. During a very worrying time Insurance with has been very reassuring and caring. Online quotes are easy to navigate and the pricing structure simple to follow. Would highly recommend.

We purchased our insurance over the telephone everything was explained this is the first time we been away since my husbands had cancer. The telephone call was easy and the rep was very knowledgeable and understanding. We also had a link which we could contact a doctor while we are away. Thankfully every things been ok and we fly back tomorrow. We will us you again.

Easy to do, staff very helpful

Super easy to sort medical insurance. Wanted an insurer that would be able to understand and insure my existing medical condition. Insurewith were able to provide comprehensive insurance, competitively priced.

The website is efficient and although at start repeats once you list its good.

The price is the most reasonable and the ease of filling in the application is amazing. The easiest one out of all the agencies who say they cover people with a terminal illness and you dont have to speak to an agent unless you have difficulties filling out tbe form. The staff are most helpful as well.

This was my 4th year and everything was always very simple and easy do online when you receive your new quote. For some reason or other when I tried to pay for my new quote (nothing had changed from the year before)it would not allow me to pay. I then had to phone and go through all the details (which you have already got from previous quotes) the customer service personnel started talking about cancer which in this case related to my late wife who past away with Breast Cancer. In fairness he apologised and offered his sympathy.
That was the main reason for using Insurance With as they were very good dealing with my wife and that is why I have kept using them for my own travel insurance.
I am slightly disappointed this time but it will not put me off from using again.

We got a good travel insurance deal with Insurancewith. This included a returning customer discount which meant we could extend the range of countries covered for less than we paid last year. Staff dealing with the insurance cover were friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend using this company for specialist insurance if you have medical needs.

I telephoned because since taking out the 1 year policy my husband has had to have medical treatment. I was on the phone to somebody who was not easy to understand. He put me on hold countless times and for a long time. After being on the telephone with him for absoltely ages he said that he would call me back within 48 hours! What! My husband has been cleared to go on holiday. We are not flyiing! This is absolutely ridiculous. I won't be renewing with them next year. Al clear took a lot less time when I had to add various problems I had with my cancer last year. We should have stuck with them!

I always use insurancewith, they cover all my medical conditions and the service is straightforward to use. The premium is reasonable too. There is also added support with the policy like a 24 hr doctor in any country. Very pleased, thank you
