How we started:
Fiona Macrae
After Fiona Macrae, Insurancewith’s founder, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005, she found it almost impossible to get affordable travel insurance. Like anyone else, she was looking forward to a holiday, but sensibly-priced cover seemed out of reach.
Insurancewith was created to help people with all kinds of conditions – including cancer, mental health, epilepsy, and many disabilities – get the most suitable cover for your personal needs at a price to suit your budget.

This is a first rate service
This is a first rate service. The medical questionnaire is much more comprehensive than elsewhere which allows them to offer cover, at very reasonable rates, that others won’t. Literally, this has allowed me to keep travelling when I was about to give up.

Professional yet personable, supportive and competent
My husband’s medical status is such that we had to speak with the underwriters and his insurance had to determined by medical assessors, everyone was professional yet personable, understanding and caring.
We were very fortunate that the positive outcome means we can join special friends celebrating their 80th on a cruise this November.
