We needed unoccupied property insurance while our house was empty pending sale and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. Communication was prompt, the cover was easy to arrange, and everything was explained clearly.

When the property sale completed, the policy was cancelled immediately and a full pro-rata refund issued with no cancellation fees, which was a pleasant surprise and not something every insurer offers.

When my parents had to move into residential care I didn't know where to start in obtaining insurance cover for their property. Many insurers do not want to cover properties left empty in such circumstances, including the company my parents had been with for many years. Rob at Insuristic was so helpful, explaining everything and being there to guide me through a very stressful time. The price was very reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a refund on the policy once the house was sold, with no cancellation fee.

Easy to deal with.

Good price, easy to deal with and when the house sale was completed sooner than I’d allowed for, the unused portion of the premium was very quickly calculated and repaid. Hope I don’t have to but wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I took out unoccupied property insurance for my late father’s house. The process with Insuristic was straightforward and easy to arrange. When the house was finally sold after 7 months Insuristic were very prompt in refunding the remainder of the policy. Would highly recommend them.

The unexpected passing of a family member meant trying to figure out how to insure the now unoccupied home which had been passed on to my siblings and I. Simple and easy to insure the house while in probate. Great level of cover and customer service were always so helpful to answer any questions we had.

The website was easy to use and obtain a quote. Everything that was and wasn’t included was clearly detailed. For empty house/probate insurance I found Insuristic very competitive and when the insurance was no longer required because the house was sold, they responded promptly to my cancellation request. Great service.

Used unoccupied property probate insurance which was the best value I could find with good flexible requirements. As always the probate took longer than expected, but extending was super easy and still good value.

Unoccupied property probate insurance is a very specific requirement which is covered in a very professional way by these guys.
The sign up process was smooth and easy. We had to renew our cover due to an extended probate process, which was also quick and easy.
When it came to terminating cover, I received a pro-rata refund, with no cancellation fee, on the same day that I applied for it.
