I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing days ago and have tried to get in contact with staff to fix it, and get charged the right amount and nothing. No response or anything all they said when I called was it was out of their hands since they escalated to their supervisor. Extremely disappointing as I was excited to try this product

Everything started off okay, the nose breathing set really does help with sleep, you will wake up feeling more refreshed and your snoring will be either gone or much lighter. The problem is that my first two refill packages shipped with a tracking number. Then the refill after that shipped without tracking, WEEKS went by, and they gaslit me and talked to me super rude over customer service, they literally could care less honestly, I’ve read quite a few reviews about them not caring and having horrible customer service, something definitely needs to change. Anyways.. my package ended up being lost and it had already been a month, I was asked to wait another two full weeks.. granted I have sleep apnea and really need my refills, this was unacceptable. But the way I was talked too and ignored was even worse, I was nice the whole time, I love supporting shops.
It was Sooo hard getting a refund from them from the back and forth me being passed around from customer service member to another, I think I talked to six people just to try to solve one tiny problem which was “my package was lost” I needed a refund.

The refill qualities are inconsistent and so expensive! sometimes you get good ones that stick all night and sometimes you get crappy ones that won’t even hold, and now they are marketing these “sports tabs” which are supposed to be stronger but it seems like it’s the regular tabs we are already supposed to be getting. Bottom line, wonderful product but they are insanely expensive and a lot of people have complained about this, we all know some tiny magnets and adhesive doesn’t cost that much. Then the reviews on Amazon literally talk about how if you buy from their shop on Amazon they send tabs that won’t stick. This is ridiculous.

I will never ever buy from intake breathing because they disrespected me my disabled child and everything good in this life. They lied to me and they told me that I was going to be getting a full package of the starter kit for free and assured me of everything and that it was actually a free starter kit and then they tried covering their ass by emailing me weeks later saying that it should’ve came already and then a couple days later said that it wasn’t actually a free trial and that I had been charged for a subscription that I didn’t even get anything for. This company is a bunch of crooks. I can’t believe the customer service that they have is horrendous.

I placed an order using Apple Pay, where the final amount displayed before payment was €121.

However, once the payment was completed, I was charged €142, without any prior notice that additional taxes or fees would be added.

I contacted customer support, but only received generic responses stating that taxes and import fees are non-refundable, without addressing the fact that the final price was never disclosed before payment.

This lack of transparency is very concerning. As a customer, you expect to know the total amount before confirming a purchase.

I would strongly advise future buyers to be cautious and double-check all potential hidden costs before ordering

Thirteen business days later, I still have no package and no tracking information. I’ve sent multiple emails and have been met with nothing but vague, unhelpful responses telling me to “just wait.”

This is incredibly frustrating—especially for a first order. It’s now approaching a full month late, and there’s been zero indication that it has even shipped or will ship anytime soon. At this point, the lack of communication is just as disappointing as the delay itself.

They falsely advertise. The first screen said "Free shipping, guaranteed delivery by March 24th." Then on the checkout page, it made me choose a shipping option and pay for it and the delivery date was Friday March 27th. Emailed them and it's an AI chat bot that is completely unhelpful.

Really bad customer service.

Aside from just personally not liking the product, the process of trying to return it and getting in contact with any kind of support team is very frustrating. All their customer service seems to be run by AI, which just gives hollow answers that don't help. And there's no way to just set up a return on the website, you have to email their support team to get it set up. The process feels counterintuitive to their "satisfaction guaranteed, or your money back" when asking for my money back is this time consuming and user-unfriendly.

They were good. Until the magnets started falling off while I sleep.
Apparently they have changed the sticky tabs since I started using them 6 months. Too bad, this company has potential.

Intake was a great device to aid me in my breathwork! This nasal strip isn't like others, and the difference shows.

Honestly the best nasal strip ever!

I have been using Intake strips for a while now and I get the best sleep ever when I wear them. They stay on the whole night and never fall off. Love using them for running as well and then let me focus on breathing through my nose! Highly recommend!

During winter months my breathing becomes limited due to a stuffy nose. Wearing the Intake bands has been a game changer! It has allowed me to breathe deeply through my nose all night leading to much improved sleep. What an amazing product! Some people complain about the tab quality but I have had no issues at all. Highly recommend if you'd like to improve your sleep!

Intake deleted my unfavorable review on their website, but it shows a health risk related to the product, so I’m sharing here as well!

2/4: The tabs peeled the skin off my nose and now my face is bleeding. I have been using these most nights for a few weeks without issue and I definitely saw benefits. I used the enduro wipes before putting on the tabs last night, and I do that most nights. This hasn’t happened before, I did not do anything differently, and the tabs have been stored properly (away from heat, light, etc.). When I went to remove them, the skin under the adhesive came off, too. I believe I received some defective tabs. Or maybe it’s not safe for everyday use, which they don’t communicate! Again, the tabs were stored properly and I have used them before without issue so no user error. This is unacceptable.

Original review posted Feb 4. It’s Feb 10th and I still have face scabs.
