We had a great training day
We had a great training day - the instructor Chris was fantastic. The training was delivered in a really engaging way and we had a good mix of theory to help recognise and understand developing situations and also practical elements to help us experience and practice de-escalation. I also really appreciated that the content was tailored to our company's experiences and work. Would really recommend.

I really wasn't sure what to expect
I really wasn't sure what to expect, and with the prospect of role playing it would potentially only get worse. But i was pleasantly surprised how informative and interesting the whole course was and the roleplaying wasn't as bad as I imagined, that was down to the person taking us all on this journey of discovery.
