Our site doesn’t currently have access to full fibre, which had been a major challenge for our business, but they provided a flexible and highly effective broadband solution that has completely transformed our internet reliability and speed. We experienced frequent internet outages and had ongoing issues with our contract renewal. Despite multiple requests not to renew, the contract was auto-renewed without our consent. When the company finally agreed to terminate the contract, they unexpectedly cut our service in the middle of a workday instead of allowing it to expire naturally. The owner admitted that this decision was made out of spite. When we attempted to address the issue, our calls were ignored, and one was even deliberately disconnected. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this service.

Interact Technology were given a scope to improve both our telephones and internet services, and managed to come through brilliantly with vast improvements to our offices. Constant communication and adaptation of the scope to fit our needs was greatly appreciated and resulted in a great new system being provided, with on-site installation from very friendly technicians. Any issues which cropped up after the installation were responded to promptly and updates were provided at good intervals.
