Drew was able to reach out to us, make us an offer that couldn't be matched elsewhere, dealt with Bank of America's shambolic and bloated network of people, and stayed in contact with us for months using his personal cell phone throughout the entire ordeal.

I heard about Luke Hetrick from one of my friend and contacted him for refinancing my home. we had a good discussion and he explained about the Fed rates and how the home loan rates are related to it very patiently.
He explained the refinancing process and each and every component of the closing disclosure multiple times until I feel comfortable. After completion of transaction also he was reachable and addressed the issues I had with refinancing.
I would recommend him for similar financial services and will contact him in future if I go for refinance.

Drew S was my loan agent. He is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and personable. If I had any questions along the way, he knew the answers and was able to explain them to me in a way I could understand. I was able to contact him via email, text and phone. I almost always heard back from him immediately and most definitely within an hour of hours of me contacting him. I even contacted him after hours once (only because I didn't want to forget my question) and he got right back to me. I was totally expecting to hear back on Monday, not on a Friday night. Drew often would contact me just to give me updates along the process. Drew walked me through everything and made the paperwork required minimal and easy to submit. I choose Drew Stancill because my sister used him a few months earlier. I even referred him to my son and I also had 2 addition refi's I am in the process of completing through him. I do recommend him to anyone in the process of completing a home refi or IRRL.
