Quick, Transparent, Knowledgeable & Helpful = Amazing!
Ryan Baker from InterContinental Capital Group was able to quickly identify and help my situation. He was extremely quick at getting the mortgage approved. While offering several options, he identified and explained which option would be best and walked us through each step. I greatly appreciate the excellent communication. I definitely recommend this company and look forward to working with them in the future.

You can't fake experience
There are many mortgage brokers out there but dealing with Ronnie Solomon at ICG made it a smooth ride. He was fast, thorough, and he closed the loan as promised. This was my 6th home purchase and by far the easiest. I had several other mortgage companies tell me they they couldn't get me approved but Ronnie was up front with me and got it done right away. He was upfront with me, told me everything he needed, and the process flowed perfectly. Ronnie will be my mortgage broker for all future purchases. Thank you !
