TL:DR. Do not give this company your money. if you want poor quality doors, go direct to the company that makes/delivers the doors. However, anticipate that the doors will arrive damaged. And if you want a refund, they suddenly stop being supportive and hide behind the business arrangement to avoid acting on a refund request. I suspect all positive reviews that comment on customer service are self-generated,
I ordered 4 doors from Internal Doors. They arrived in good time, but in terrible condition. They arrive wrapped in flimsy plastic, and this is totally insufficient to protect them during transit. One door was in such awful condition that it was rejected at the Front door. Upon looking at a further two doors, they were also damaged beyond use. This is where the issues with the company start. I contacted them within 24 hours to request a collection and refund, using their online ticket system. they state that they will respond within 48 hours, but it takes an average of 96 hours to send you the weakest of responses that don't move the issue on. ticket was raised on the Monday evening after delivery. We then received a text from LPD Doors (the subcontractor) on the Thursday, who stated that they were coming for a delivery on Friday. I had initially assumed that this was the collection I had requested, but I was wrong...
On the Friday morning, I was then contacted by a delivery driver for the sub contractor who stated that they were planning on delivering a replacement door for the one we rejected on delivery. (Anecdotally, he asked if he could delay the delivery from the Friday to the Saturday so he could go to the pub on Friday evening...I obliged). However, when we asked why we were getting a door, as we had already cancelled our order and were requesting a refund, it became clear that Internal Doors and LPD barely communicate at all, (and when they do, one presumes that it is by smoke signal, and one of the companies doesn't know how to interpret smoke signals...) However, this felt like an opportunity to get the damaged doors off my property, and so I asked LPD Doors to use the delivery slot to collect the damaged doors, and thereby expedite the refund. The LPD Driver said that LPD couldn't authorise this, because the order hadn't come direct to them.
So, I then phoned Internal doors. When you do this they put a poor, untrained, and yet for some reason highly loyal to the company that uses him as the fall guy for dealing with disgruntled customers. He suggested that there was nothing he could do, as he only deals with 'collections and deliveries.'
I suggested a manager might be able to resolve this for everyones benefit (since the delivery slot was already booked!) and after a few back and forths where it was clear to all that the managed did not want to deal with a customer on a Friday afternoon, the mythical Linda was finally 'found' and brought to the telephone. To her credit, at this point, she did go about trying to solve the problem for me, and cancelled my now post pub Saturday morning delivery of the unwanted extra door, but informed me that LPD could not collect my damaged doors, as they were now Internal Door's property, and so they needed to send out their own collection. She suggested she would be in touch on Monday to arrange a collection. By the Wednesday, she emailed to say she accepted the doors were in an unsatisfactory condition, and that they would be collected, and that i would be told within the next 24 hours when. 7 and a half days later, (3 weeks from my order being placed and my money being taken) with no response, and the company still holding my hard earned pounds hostage, I phoned up to be told that my doors would be collected the next day, by, to my great surprise, LPD! Apparently this has only been finalised in the last 15 minutes or so, which is why no one had contacted me. When i suggested that <24 hours notice to be at home to give doors to the sub-contractor wouldnt work, i was told to submit another ticket to the ticketing system. The mythical Linda was once again unavailable on the phone and only available via the ticketing system. When i pointed out that she was in fact in the same building as him, he suggested that he would like to 'continue hiding behind the ineffective ticket system' to avoid providing me with any further customer support.
So three weeks after placing an order, having paid for 4 doors, only being in possession of 3 of them (but not even being refunded for the one that they never actually delivered) i am significantly poorer than I ought to be. I am exhausted from battling with their atrocious lack of customer service, and am lumbered with two damaged, and an additional irrelevant door, that are now a massive nuisance on the renovation site. I have very little faith that when I return the doors, I will see my money...

I was very impressed by the sales agent on the phone.
he was able to resolve my questions and advised me as to the best fit of the Oak part glazed internal door.
It was promised within a week of my payment and sure enough it arrived within the timescale.
I have inspected the packaging and no problems.
I have yet to fully unpack and fit the door but

Great service from start to finish. Replied to my inquiry promptly. Came out and did the survey and quote quickly. Booked the job in to suit me.
Great fitter that came to replace 15 doors in my house. 2 full days and one mornings work. He was pleasant, polite, tidy and cleaned up after himself.
The doors look lovely. I changed from white colonial doors to oak doors.

Had an absolutely brilliant customer service experience toady from Lily. She was kind when I kept doing the wrong card number and made sure my doors would be delivered on time (already had delivery company’s confirmation). This has been made the easiest yes of our whole project thanks to Kane’s quick quoting, competitive pricing and proactive consideration of our delivery needs - we’re delighted and will be back for the doors for the rest of the house soon! This is my 2nd order from ID. And lucky I was assisted by the same agent as previously Kane Walsh. Who was an absolute star. What impressed me was that he remembers ME! And was able to bring up all my details on his system straightaway. This helped in completing the order quickly. He advised re Oak Architraves, and also prices matched the LPD doors too. Stand out customer service, he is a credit to the company. Well done Kane.

I’m having an absolute nightmare trying to get hold of someone at internal doors ,I placed my order for 11 doors and the staff were very helpful and everything seemed to be great however since paying for my order I have received no email or anything to say my order is being processed and I have no idea when they will be delivered after being told I would get them last week I still have heard nothing,I have tried emails phone calls online chat and getting no where,I am starting to panic now I have a joiner waiting to do the job and I can’t tell him anything,not impressed

After having a big issue with another company, I called internal doors as they had the similar style of doors that we liked, spoke to Lilly over the phone, explained our "big problem",made sure they had the size doors we needed, quick hold to check for the delivery in my area as we need our order asap, email sent with a quote and just like that, Lilly has saved the day ;-)
Lilly was absolutely amazing, as I had to call back to process our order, she remembered me and all went very smoothly, just the way I like it to be.

We had a great experience with Internal Doors. I phoned on a Monday late afternoon for a quote. Layla was very helpful on the phone and sent the quote over the next morning. I paid for the doors on Tuesday and they were delivered on Thursday. Thank you for a quick turn around.
