Poor service
Website stated that the doors we required were in stock so we ordered them 3/6/2024 and then duly received all the notifications about order confirmation, delivery requirements etc. On 4/6/2024 then received an email information that the doors were not in stock and that it would be then of June before they would arrive. At the end of June I then had to chase up a delivery before this was passed over the manufacturers. Just find Internal doors pretty shoddy in their service and wouldn't use again

I absolutely love my doors
I absolutely love my doors . The joiner that fitted them said they were really good quality.
I would definitely recommend this company. I was a bit iffy about ordering as some of the reviews were not great. I am so happy I did order .
It's a one man delivery service but the delivery man was very helpful.

Glass Oak Doors
Ordered two oak doors, arrived well packed, but when opened one door was fine but the other had a damage corner and a scratch on the glass (both must have been present prior to packing as packaging was in perfect condition). Call Internal Doors and the arranged delivery of a replacement door and pick up of the damaged door. Throughout the service from office and delivery teams was excellent.

Lilly was fantastic
Lilly was fantastic, polite, friendly and helpful. I felt truly valued as a customer and the purchasing experience wasn’t rushed at all. I particularly liked the fact that Lilly checked back with me for each item ordered to be sure she had all of the correct information. She discovered that there was only one item left in stock for one of my choices and she quickly contacted the supplier to reserve it for me before we continued. Great customer service!!

Www.internal doors.co.uk. the doors were delivered but all of them are damaged and cannot be used. Despite one week of request for a replacement, the company could not even help and at the end they are refunding my money which will be after the courier pick the product up. Also you cannot speak to customer service and the sale department specially William are not helpful.
It's a total waste of time of 2 weeks and poor customer service

Very friendly and professional company
Wanted more information on a product so submitted a request via the website. Had a call back from Kane who was super helpful. Decided to order via phone a couple of days later and so pleased I did call rather than order on line. I had not appreciated the ledge and brace pine doors came in V or bead and butt profile. On checking the doors that were being replaced found it was the latter I needed not the V as I originally thought. Thank you for stopping me making that mistake. Looking forward to getting our new doors.

Changing all our internal doors
My wife and I are embarking on a project to change all our internal doors. We booked a visit to the showroom and met one of the sales team there, William James. William was helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Subsequently, we had a variety of questions as we developed our order and received queries from our intended carpenter. William happily dealt with all this and provided a good and professional feel for the ordering experience. Now we're hoping everything else will match that.

Super customer service
I needed two doors to be delivered asap. Lily was incredibly helpful in locating the doors we already have at home, which we bought a few years ago and organising a swifter way of delivery.
