The doors are wonderful and so is the service
The doors are wonderful - natural oak barn doors, and the customer service from William and the team at Internal doors was first class, from ordering to delivery. This is the second time I've bought doors from the company, and would recommend highly.

Order
I had a problem with the payment and phoned the company. Lily was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Lily placed the order for us and took payment over the phone. The reason we chose this company is that after shopping around they were offering the best price. I also checked the company out before ordering and was happy with the feedback. Goods will be arriving on a date in April which suits us.
We have now received doors and they have been fitted. The quality is exceptional at a very reasonable price. We are extremely pleased, they have made a huge difference, bringing a very modern look to our house.
Joiner so impressed with price he has taken details of the company and will recommend to future customers.
We would definitely recommend internal door company.

Bought 4 doors, delivered promptly. I bought this style (Coventry) because I have odd sized door frames and needed the 32 mm that I can cut off to make them fit. I’ve fitted 2 so far and they look great.

Sales rep was pleasant enough but your phone number comes up as a nuisance call - possibly because you call people so many times.
Dear Trustpilot I bought doors from these guys but don't want to be hassled by them or you to change my review.
It is not that I feel the calls were a nuisance, I simply didn't recognise the number. So, when I Googled the number shown Google search yielded the usual phone number search sites that had hundreds of peoples' reports that the number was a nuisance call.

Sloppy Service by sales agent
Despite having a quote in advance with the correct delivery address on it the person taking the order changed the delivery address to my billing address when I had been very clear that the two were different. Really sloppy especially when I had paid £75 plus VAT for for a specific day.
