Had doors from this company before. The doors are really good quality and also the door furniture. Very helpful in the showroom and informative. The carpenter who hung my doors asked where we had them from, he was really impressed.

AVOID!! Absolutely atrocious standard of product and had to fight for a refund!
Absolutely atrocious standard of customer service that has taken weeks to resolve and lots of unnecessary wrangling to eventually get my money back.
I had 4 oak doors delivered on 2nd December. I inspected them all through the plastic wrapping as they were far too heavy for me to move or unwrap on my own as a petite 5’2” woman. They only allow 48hrs for the customer to inspect the doors and report any faults. I don’t consider this to be reasonable.
On fully unwrapping my doors ready for fitting 3 weeks later the joiner I was using found one of the doors to be heavily stained on both sides with a glue-like substance on one corner and along the side of the door. This could only have happened at the manufacturers since the door was still sealed in its plastic wrapping.
I called them immediately but there is no customer service number, just an email. I did as instructed by the sales team and emailed the photos of the damage and asked for a replacement.
Internal Doors initially refused to replace a door which was almost £100 because I didn’t report the damage within their requested 48hr window.
I was repeatedly told that the 48hr time frame is in their terms and conditions, despite the Consumer Act 2015 (which they’ve insisted on quoting me) having no timeframe cited. Their own terms and conditions include a full refund in the case of faulty goods. However, throughout my exchanges with them (a pleasant lady called Linda), they insisted that the door was damaged, not faulty, and reiterated that on more than one occasion. Apparently that’s a different thing and I could have supposedly damaged it myself onsite, staining it through sealed plastic!
This company have an obligation to provide a product which is fit for purpose. My door didn’t meet that criteria at all, but they refused to budge or take any responsibility until I threatened them with legal action.
They happily took my money but take no account of the fact it’s impossible to unwrap the doors single-handedly. If you’re in this situation, don’t bother! You don’t get a delivery date until well after ordering so it’s also impossible to arrange for delivery to coincide with fitting. In my area, the delivery company they use only deliver on a Saturday.
It’s been extremely stressful trying to get my money back. I was offered a 30% refund as a gesture of goodwill in the end, or a replacement that I would have had to wait for. Finally got my money back a few days ago after agreeing to amend my review on here.
Customer service is THE most important thing a company should pride itself on. This was so far removed from my experience, so hence will not EVER use this terrible company again.
N.B. I notice I’m not the only customer to have experienced this, so it’s not a one off. Much better companies out there with far superior products.

Damaged door - no compensation / refund
Door arrived un-packaged and damaged in two places. Photos were taken on the day of arrival and sent a couple of days later to Internal Doors, who would not help. There is no customer support available on the telephone. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you're stuck with it with no support. BEWARE.
