So, as per previous reviews I've had nothing but great experiences with these guys. On Sunday night I ordered 2 new thermostats and on Monday morning realised I need to add to the order. Unfortunately it's was too late as my original order had been dispatched. They messaged me and told me to put the order through and they would refund the delivery cost. Today I received both orders and an email to say I was being refunded the second orders delivery. Just one of the best companies I've ever had dealings with. I'm a loyal now.

Good costumer service, item delivered quickly

I brought some live reptile food off these people, i paid for 24/48 hr delivery, partly because we needed it quickly but also so that it didnt arrive dead.. even after many emails and attempts to contact them via facebook etc i had no response whatsoever, the food arrived eventually almost a week late and mostly dead :(

For anyone with a reptile this site is worth a look ...... we've shopped here a couple of times now and the service was faultless , great selection of products and great prices , as for the dispatch time that was quick ordered and dispatched the same day . We'll definitely be shopping here again .

Generally very good. Very cheap and quality live food. A couple of times I have ordered 2 reptile live foods and a bag of live aquatic food but the bag of aquatic food wasn't in the parcel. Other than that it's been good with speedy delivery too. Can't remember dates of the experiences but it was late 2024

ordered a vivarium and cabinet.
cabinet arrived damaged and no sign of the vivarium, online tracking hasn't been updated so looks like it's gone missing.
you can only get intouch with the company via email for online orders, and they don't respond.
Shame as I've ordered from them before with no issues, however, it seems when you do have a problem they aren't interested
