Fantastic company, ordered from them twice in the last month alone due to their professionalism, not to mention they are the cheapest company around for good products.
One company tried charging me over 200 pounds for a product I got here for 87 same brand, same size etc.

Love ordering from internet reptile. My go to place to get my reptile items. Prices are unbeaten and delivery is always quick.
Plus I love the reward system and the live food subscription options.

Terrible service. Cabinet was faulty. Has taken over 2 weeks for them to tell us they won't replace as it was user error. This is incorrect. The cabinet was put together following the instructions and is faulty. They are refusing to refund so will be contacting the bank now. The person emailing and on the phone was rude and cocky. This is not how to run a business!

The vivarium is excellent, unfortunately the delivery company was less than helpful. They gave me two delivery days and failed to deliver it either day, including me having to take time off to be available. They finally managed to deliver on the third promised day. Excellent from the shop perspective, shame about the delivery!

Product ordered was not as specified(5Kg cork rounds) and was required for new inhabitants that were arriving after specified delivery date. Delivery was late, and with the product not being up to specified standard i had to run down to my local shop to buy required items as internet reptile would not ship out correct items before collecting my parcel which would of taken too long. They offered a 25% discount which was better than nothing, but not enough to cover what i got from the local shop so rather frustrating, if the product arrived as specified i would not of needed anything more.

Stuff delivered as expected and in a decent time. Only negative was that one delivery came by Royal mail,who left it in the designated Safe place,and the rest of the delivery came via DX,who didn't deliver it until a day later.
Otherwise great service,prices, stock etc.

Bought for our daughter's leopard geckos, brilliant quality, they'll have so much more room. Ordering and paying online was quick and easy. Will definitely return.
