Great communication and fast delivery

Really easy to order and I had a lovely phone call from them to update me on my order timescale. Glasses came very well packaged with relevant cases. I had a great experience and will use the next time I need new glasses.

I received my glasses and detected a mark in the centre of the lenses, I phoned the number provided at 8.30 with no reply, within a few minutes i was contacted by the company and was told what it maybe and what to try, I carried out the instruction, but it did not work , in the event it did not work ,I was asked to send them back, I have not sent them back as I was desperately in need of them, regardless of the marks.

Extremely helpful, with a difficult prescription, which other online opticians couldn't help with. Mark, their optician took the trouble to ring me to explain the nest solution and even remembered me two months later when I came back to buy my glasses. Outstanding service and a lovely man.

Yet again the service provided has been excellent. Once I placed my order I received a call from Mark to confirm a few points and a week later my glasses arrived. It’s the third time I have used them and I’m sure it will not be the last.

Great service & quick delivery thank you. After being on holiday I now wish I'd got prescription lenses in these sunglasses but that was my choice & no reflection on the service I received. I would definitely order from Internetspecs again!

The process of selecting the frame was straightforward, with a reasonable selection. The process of in putting the relevant data was excellent. I felt confident that my glasses would fit me correctly, which they did. I notice that it seems that most of the other internet specs sites don't provide this level of accuracy. The tracking of progress was good and the glasses arrived within a reasonable time period, beautifully packed. Many thanks and keep up the good work.

You can often worry about the reliability and quality of internet purchases especially with the likes of frames and prescription lenses. No problem with internetspecs as far as my experience was concerned.
I was impressed with the unsolicited progress call I received and the speed that the product was delivered.
I also found their prices very competitive with no hidden extras as some other internet companies use.

Sourced the frames I wanted and made a new product offering for me. Above and beyond customer service.

I was very happy to discover I could buy replacement frames to match my broken ones from Internet Specs. They were necessary to fit expensive lenses that were in good condition. They were promptly delivered to my daughter in the UK. She then forwarded them to me in rural Greece. That took some time. Thanks

Absolutely delighted with this purchase. I was able to choose the spectacles I was searching for and to upload my prescription with ease. Ordering online was straightforward and I was kept well informed as to delivery. New spectacles arrived well packed and with appropriate box, cleaner and the gift of a pen and in a timely manner. My prescription is quite strong and I was initially led to Internetspecs because other online opticians could not fulfil my prescription.
The experience with Interenetspecs has been great - not only were they able to provide higher prescriptions but the prices were very good, the range of available glasses was very wide and the quality of the lenses and their thinness (I paid the very modest £22 for higher index lenses) is excellent.

Very pleased.
