Invamed wasn't a company I'd heard of but I'm glad I do now. Had to find a mobility scooter for my wife and settled on a Dallas scooter. We ordered from invamed late on a Tuesday and had it delivered midday on the Thursday, invamed emailed us every step of the way as to where our scooter was. The FedEx driver was very pleasant and dropped our scooter where we wanted it. Opened the box and the scooter was easy to put together and was great quality, alot better than we were thinking it was going to be. The thick padded seat is so comfy for my wife and she loves it (it's her 1st scooter), the only problem now is that I have to keep up with her now.
I would have no hesitation in recommending invamed as a company and there products. A good old fashioned company with excellent equipment. You will not be disappointed.

Really quick service. Was delivered less than 24 hours after order was placed. Product exactly as advertised. Perfect to fold and put in boot of car.

I am 87 and have arthritis and other health problems. My husband found this scooter on line, ordered it. and it arrived within a couple of days. It's brilliant, so easy to use and comfortable to sit on. I would definitely recommend it for either men or women.

Was happy with scooter which hasn't been used yet and now it's £100 cheaper. I am a bit Dissatisfied and
disappointed.

Product is good and the company despatched quickly. Went downhill from there. DHL said it tried to deliver but couldn't access drive (drive is open and is on the main road). Then said it was out for delivery twice and it was actually been sent back to Invamed.

Polite & informative, & helped me order replacement batteries for my mobility scooter

Easy to order online, quick despatch although Fedex didn't deliver until 3 days after they were supposed to deliver but not Invameds fault.

Excellent customer service. Consultant from Romq came with scooter already iunpacked abd ready for.use. He was excelllent explaining how to operate the scooter and did not leave until I knew how to operate and dismantle the scooter. Wpuld highly recommend Invamed to my friends and families.

Ordering was so easy all done online. I even got to pick a delivery date that suited me.
