Informative experience.
The sales assistant was very helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraged me to take my time with no pressure. Recommended good choice of items, and gift wrapped the item too.
Was also advised that as long as the seal remained intact, the gift would be exchanged if required.
The recipient was very pleased with the gift.

Thank you Desmond for your feedback we appreciate the review and will endeavour to continue delivering high levels of customer service to you and all of our customers. We look forward to you joining us on a tasting it's a great evening.
My first of many visits!
A great atmosphere, knowledgeable staff and a very warm welcome made this quick visit to their store a great experience. Chatting with staff made me feel at home and they had a great selection on offer. They have a tasting room to host events aswell and it seems to be fairly regularly organised. The tours look to be exceptional with good links to the distilleries in the area (some not fully open to the public). I'm looking forward to join in on these tours and tastings in the near future!
