Unexpected Outcome - Worth a visit and ask for Stevie
Walked in today at Belfast branch and enquired for a charger port. The reason been I could not charge my phone by cable for the last 5 months and was on mag charge ever since. Handed my phone to Stevie and to my disbelief he proceeded to clean the port (something I thought I had already done countless times).
Plugged it in and voila, the phone was charging again.
Thanks Stevie, truly unexpected

laptop screen replacement
I have just collected my daughters laptop from LISBURN store, in for a touchscreen replacement, i have to say the service in there is exemplary, both Justin and Jay are amazing, Jay carried out the work on the laptop, but the whole experience from IPHIX is always fantastic.

My 12 year old was doing ma head in about his playstation was overheating, contacted iphix they explained to me that maybe time for a Deep clean, left it in, cleaned in the time I was told and phoned to collect. Big thanks to Zak from lisburn, and a big thankyou to all the staff from lisburn .

This company has always been superb with me,had a problem with charging my phone they cleaned it out and didn't charge,in this day and age that's very unusual.In the past I have used them the staff are excellent nothing is any trouble,I would thoroughly recommend them.

Laptop fixed: a very happy customer
Laptop frozen with a 'security boot fail'. I needed it fixed today (Sat) for important work. I tried another shop nearer home who couldn't deal with it till Mon.
Took it into town to iPhix (based on good work with them in past). Shane kindly prioritised it, & Tom kindly dealt with it first thing: Free diagnostic check carried out & quickly sorted the problem out.
No cost at all, & a very happy customer who will go back to iPhix again with any other tech probs. Highly recommended. Thanks very much, lads.

Had been trying to get a replacement…
Had been trying to get a replacement battery for an iPhone 11. The removal of the pentalobe screws had been a problem for some of my local mobile repair shops.
Lee at Castle Street was able to do this with no difficulty. He replaced the battery and the screws. The customer service was outstanding.

Shaun was v efficient checking my phone driven over by a SUV, saw all was working and fitted a new front screen. Felt reassured phone was in expert hands...Just needed to be aware the back panel cracks were not just 'cosmetic' as i realised my son put his bank cards inside his case, so then needed a solution to stop the bits from falling off etc - I hadnt thought of that myself either to be fair and maybe these guys should not have to think of absolutely every scenario! Good job thanks iphix!

Went in expecting that port on iPad…
Went in expecting that port on iPad would need replaced and an expensive job. But Shane removed a broken bit that was jammed in the space and fixed it within 30 seconds. I had tried for a few weeks without success. Cost zero customer experience brilliant and would definitely recommend
