Customer development support was great and efficient, turn-around time was speedy, and the end product was excellent, as anticipated. This is my third order with iPromo and am more than satisfied with their performance!

All worked out really well! I loved the quality of the product, with one tiny issue: the company put its logo on a none visible part of the product, but didn't communicate with us.

My customer service rep was very quick in her replies, and the product was better than I expected. Custom color selection made the product exceptional!

I placed an order for flash drives with some promotional wording for the university where I work. I received a very clear price quote and a lot of follow-up e-mails from the vendor, which was actually really helpful, because it kept reminding me I needed to actually place my order. :) The price was really good for the product we were getting. They even sent me a sample of the product so I could see what ours would look like. I placed the order, and our flash drives arrived SUPER FAST. We are very happy with the flash drives so far and will probably order more in the future.

The product is eye catching to say the least and the customer service is top notch. The only thing lacking was quality control. When I received the product, 16 out of 20 were defective, meaning, the "crystal" end fell off of the jump drive with very little force. I understand that garbage happens, so I chalk this up to a material deficiency.

I have ordered flash drives from ipromo twice and have received absolutely the best service and product available. Courtesy, accuracy, and quick turn-around are part of the norm for this company. You won't be disappointed.
